After reading these reviews, I would like to say make sure you're educated in the wellness of the animals you are coming to Petco to purchase or obtain. And if you're not then listen to the primary people in charge of the wellness and health of the animals, as they are actually very well versed in all of the animals they have, especially the aquatic animals and reptiles.

Out of all the Petcos I’ve been to this one has the most well taken care of animals, along with friendly, knowledgeable employees that actually care about the well being of their animals and customers.

Went in today, only one young blonde hair lady working, and would not stop talking about how bad she wanted a python instead of assisting customers. Waited over 30 minutes to try and get fish and dog food. Ended up to just having to walk out. Very unprofessional of her, and how unwilling of her to not multitask to help other customers. As I stood there, waiting to be helped, she didn't even acknowledge or ask if I needed help, but carried on about how bad she wanted a python with her hand in her pants under her shirt.

Hard to find my product needs. Aisles in disarray slot of the time. Not a big selection of cat products vs dog products. Prices are high. Hard to get help and answers.

Easily ordered on line. Pick up quick. Only negative, was the pick up area was messy with boxes and no where I had to pick up items.

This franchise had been one of my.favorite for many years. Today I sadly disappointed...not many mice, gerbils, rats, rabbits or guinea pigs. Fish tanks looked like they needed to be cleaned...foggy. I love parrot cichlids only 2 in store ;( aisles seemed to be in disarray not the neatest store I've been to. Sales staff not overly excited about customers today. I'm sorry but this is a retail department it would be nice if interaction more positive. I will be going to another pet store to see what they have..

The store is in disarray, nobody greeted or asked to help, but the cashier was nice and the quality and prices are good.

I had two people helping me make sure I chose the right pet for my lifestyle and my students. I told them I would be using the pet therapeutically, since I am a school counselor. The associates were so knowledgeable and took their time to help me.

If I could put 0 I would. They clip my baby dog once and I gave them another chance 2nd time we ended up at the pet ER glad it was minor. BAD VERY BAD DO NOT TO our groomer was Tiffany
