This was our second time going the first time it was good. This time not so good our car Lincoln Continental got stuck in the middle of the car was machine. It would not move we heard this loud noise several times before our car moved. Once we completed the wash my husband got out of our car to check it. It was not bent but it had some black smudge marks all over the bumper. Don't think we will return.

Employees are very helpful. Prices are in line with other car washes. Even the cheapest wash does a great job. Vacuuming is free. If you have basic floor mats the cleaning is free!

Ran the old girl thru the wash, only problem is the wash broke my antenna.. other than that was as good a wash you can get in those automatic ones.. it and got her shiny clean.

Pickup comes out nice. But I had the monthly membership and priced it for multiple vehicles and I think $25 is to much for second vehicle. Now if it was like $49 a month for 2 vehicles I would do it.

I'm a fan now. This is one of the BEST car wash facilities in western Tennessee. Your car comes out of the car wash spotless, including the wheels and tires. I found the 30 day club was the best value and would recommend to everyone.

I love this car wash and what a good job they do. I pay monthly for 2 cars and I came through today and they did not spray my windshield, grill or back of my car and I was so disappointed. I was a car wash member of another car wash in jackson and I cancelled my membership because they got lazy. I don't want to cancel my membership but I will if your people get lazy at this car wash. I called to speak to the manager and the young man that answered said he was the manager and I did not believe him but he said the sprayer was broken. I will try again soon and if not fixed I will go elsewhere!! I take good care of my vehicles.

$20 for a car wash and no wax, no vacuums, no nothing. Didn't even get the loose dust off my car or the leaves. Just nasty.Rip Off. When you get in the lane for this very expensive useless "wash", you can't turn around. You're stuck and have to pay to get out of there. Wash and wax? $39 to go through this dirty "wash and wax." Get a bucket and do it yourself.

If only one employee there at opening, he may need to wait for help or get the machine to read the plates right. Stop talking crazy to the customers. Since I've had this membership at this car wash this machine has read my plate right maybe 2 time. Someone has to always come let me in. If the employee can't multitask wait for help. I shouldn't have to wait for 4-6 cars to go a head of me. I don't know if dude woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, but he needs to adjust his attitude ?. Customer service SUCKS, especially this morning ??. I don't want anyone serving me if they have an attitude and could damage my ride. I just got out the line and left. I'll let someone else have them problems today.
