I worked there for a few months. The office management and floor management have conflicting views. Due to it being a union no one will train me employees until they are paid to. Also they eliminated 3rd shift with a 2 day notice for all on 3rd. Meaning if you worked 3rd you would be going to 2nd with only 2 days notice. They caught hell for it so they changed it to a 7 day notice. Then the company announced they were getting 50 million for new machines and updating. Problem now is because of poor management most of the people that had been there for 10+ years have left. There is nobody left to train new employees.Poorly managed company. I'm not sure how they're going to stay open.

Do not work for this company. I am constantly harassed by management. They do not follow all code of ethic procedures. No communication and lack of leadership is a big problem.

Very quick unload, less than an hour, and i arrived 6 hours late. Checked in, guy told me to pull in when truck pulls out of dock.

Its ok.. sometimes it can take 5-6 hours to get unloaded. Some days it's with in 30mins..
