How is it possible that this is 5th wix air filter for my truck here and they use a wrong number to bill my filter but give me the right one and make out with $30.00 per filter I just had there recept scanned here in Morgan county. Is it the employee stealing $30. Or the owner stealing the $30. What else are they stealing from?

I just recently posted a 5-star review and praised this location for their service and help with purchases. I was going on & on about how good they did. It bothers me to change this but after much thought, I don't think I can just let this situation go without someone being told. On Oct. 11, 2023, around 12:15 pm I was exiting the Kroger parking lot (the side exit between the bank and Little Ceasars Pizza) at the exit close to the Univ. Parkway/Highland light headed south on North Highland Avenue. I saw a pickup in the left lane, no right blinker, and also a white pickup had just pulled out of this parts store and was entering the middle lane. So with plenty of room and time, I pulled into the right lane and started to pick up speed. Before I could reach the light just a few feet away, I was cut off by a white pickup. They sped past me and swerved into my lane then stomped their brakes. They came to a complete stop and sat there for a few seconds. They started moving again but hit their brakes several times as if attempting to have me rear-end them. They sped up drastically as if they were done but again stomped their brake even though they were several car lengths ahead of me. I took a photo of the back end with my phone and switched lanes to avoid an accident. They switched also and again hit their brakes. I believe they saw my phone because they sped up again and got back in the right lane squeezing between 2 cars. I passed them at normal speed and the driver had his arm over his head as if hiding from someone. Once I passed the driver quickly caught up and proceeded to tailgate me the whole way to i40, continued the same way on i40 towards Memphis, until they took the exit for 45 north bypass. I would not usually worry about these types of people but my child was with me and they were in a work vehicle. I don't quite understand what the problem was as I did not cut them off and there was at least 6 car lengths between us when I pulled onto Highland Avenue. Also, they were just entering the middle lane, and I remained in the far right lane. My child noticed the dangerous driving and was shaken up by this driver's ignorant behavior. Had they simply exited their vehicle at the light when they first cut me off we could have prayed together and found a solution to their pure ignorance. We would have found them a way to find Jesus, because if they are as unbelievably ignorant as their actions showed, they should be in restrains in a padded room, wearing a helmet for safety reasons not driving a 3000 lbs assault weapon. I did not call the number on the back of the truck because most companies disregard those calls as jokes or attempted legal cases. I am well into my middle-aged life and after taking the day to think about the situation, I still have no idea why this driver took the actions he took. Attempting to cause a crash in a company vehicle, no thought was given to the fact my child was with me and not one bit of concern for other people near this situation. I am sure this will go unpunished but I do hope that this person makes it a regular process to harass others in a company vehicle while driving through a city filled with cars and the families that operate them. It won't be just a one-time thing, which I would gladly bet on it was not their first or last time. Maybe it will keep someone else safe from this mentally challenged driver. I will not return to this location or any other that employs people of this caliper and mental health status.
