Many years ago I was shopping for a car. When I went here the customer service was to be desirable. They were seemingly bent on selling me 1 particular car and they were not very subtle about so I left and bought a car at another dealership.
Yesterday I was looking again for a nice used car. This time my mechanic, Eddie Foster went with me.
I was hesitant about going back. The climate has definitely changed. The service was beyond any dealership I have looked at in the last couple of day especially in the way they treated me as a woman buyer.
I believe if you want unbelievable customer service this is the place to go. Ask for Eddie Cantrell

We came to Old Town Auto to look at a vehicle we saw online. Hayden met us in the parking lot and really helped us out. He was honest and very friendly. The loan officer did his best to get us the best rate possible, and was so helpful! The best experience!! Highly recommend. I love my new Honda Ridgeline!

Neglected to tell me the vehicle I was looking at needed shocks and had an oil leak. (1996 GMC Sonoma). They did provide free carfax though so that's why they get 2 stars instead of 1.
