Dr. Edwards and the staff at Northside Animal Clinic are the best! I continue to recommend Northside Clinic to all my friends and neighbors, as well as on NextDoor. You will not be disappointed if you trust your fur babies' care to Dr. Edwards and his staff. Best in Jackson AGAIN in 2023....and they will be again in 2024.

Vet was wonderful with Max, who is a 15 year old terrier. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions. I would definitely bring my dog back. He took great care of him and wanted me to call back the next day to let him know if he was improving. They did an awesome job taking care of Max.

We have used Northside Animal Clinic for roughly 20 years. Dr. Edwards and his staff are fantastic. They always take the time to answer questions and are so compassionate when dealing with sick/elderly pets.

Dr. Edwards has seen my furbaby since he was a puppy. He is now almost 16. Dr. Edwards is very knowledgeable in so many areas and is the most compassionate vet I’ve ever been to. He cares so much about our babies that he will do his best to work you in when your baby needs to be seen.

We ended up at North Side Animal Clinic because of our normal vet being completely booked on the day that we needed.
They are definitely afraid of large dogs. Even the “gentle giants.” When I made the appointment, I told them that my dog was large and excitable, as he’s still young. I was told that they could handle it. Obviously, they could not.
Now, I still need to take my dog to his usual vet to finish the job. Not to mention that they charged nearly TRIPLE the price of our normal vet and other veterinary clinics that we have been to in the area.
I am so disappointed in our experience here and we absolutely will not be returning.

Took my cat in here because we take our dog here (not anymore now) we took my cat in got him looked at all the doctor did was press on his stomach and looked at his testicles and said yep kidney stones didn't do anything no ultrasound or X-ray just pressed on his tummy and looked at his testicles. But before we saw the doctor the woman that looked at him first the "nurse" if I should even call her that said that he may not be peeing in his litter box because some cats like 2 different litter boxes to pee and poop in. My cat is 3 years old he's never done that since I had him. When we decided to take him home they just left without instructions on how we can help him at home they just walked out. Also when we called the women at the front desk were pushing us off the phone were definitely getting a second opinion Monday IF my cat makes it also their prices are crazy two hundred dollars to put him to sleep also they said if they put him to sleep we'd have to take him home and deal with his body why would I wanna do that after I made a decision to put my cat down? Crazy I swear most places would cremate them for you not give you the body to deal with at home
