I have been with these people for over 15 years they are courteous and helpful --They have been willing to meet my storage needs when things changed quickly when my mother in law passed and we needed extra storage space --right now--just all around good folks to work with. Highly Recommend them.

I had a reservation with them and I needed to change the time of pick up and I wasn't allowed to do it on the mobile app and I tried calling the number on the Google site and it's off...it rings 1 time and goes straight to Voice-mail for the last hour even tho the hours of operation are open

I have had multiple different units at this place over the years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The customer service is the best. They remember you and act like they actually care about their customers instead of being just a storage unit. If or when I have had an issue, all I had to do was tell the office and they were right on it to fix the issue. All around best storage place ever, I won't go anywhere else.

Traveling from Kentucky to Texas our the receiver hitch broke on our trailer. Short on time we put it in storage. The manager Troy is very helpful.

I just cancelled my storage rental. Rodents were in the unit. Upon cancellation, they explained I was expected to pay a 75.00 clean up fee. This would have been agreeable except for the fact that it is their building. I don't do rodents. Their droppings were all around the building. The person I spoke with was very matter of fact that, thats that. (rude) I am sure this is not the experience of everyone, but it was mineBUYER BEWARE

We found a lot of our things have been destroyed by mice!!! No where I've ever rented for storage has ever had such a problem!!

The new manager is really nice. Provides great customer service. Had a great experience at Northgate storage. Would recommend them to anyone.
