Brought my dog in with an emergency at 2;00pm. They said they didn't have anyone there available to help my dog, they just didn't care she was in pain.

they were rude when I dropped off a wild turtle that needed rehabilitation back in 2017. no people skills, whatsoever. oh well.

Staff very friendly and quite helpful. Service was excellent my appointment was for 11:45 but we arrived 30 minutes early and were seen and out of there by 11:45
