Went in for an appointment to get required shots for two dogs. Explained several times that I just wanted the shots, not the other services/exams they normal do because I was having a budget crunch. Explained this over the phone when I made the appointment, again at the desk when I checked in and again when I was in the exam room. As I checked out I was charged separately for a wellness exam with the comment that it was "built in". Billed distinctly is not built in. They just lost a 20 year customer, over $52 !!!!!!!!1
