Owner who spoke English and who was in charge of the rentals was not there when we arrived which was fine since the place we needed it for did not open until an hour after pu. However, the rental itself was in very questionable condition and only a quarter of a tank of gas was provided. That was a first! Also the truck sounds like it was on its last leg and shook the whole drive. I could tell it had also not been cleaned after the last rental. There was all kinds of trash and paper on the floors in the front. Additionally, there was no available dollies although my reservation listed one. Thankfully, relatives nearby had one for us to use!

Needed to pick up my rental truck at 7am. No one available in store or by phone to assist. I don’t EVER recommend renting a truck from here. Do better!

Chicken was undercooked and pink in the middle, serves old pizza and corn dogs, crack pipes and don't forget the overpriced dollar tree items. Has Roaches. Half the candy is expired. It's in the hood but wasn't built for the neighborhood.
