To all people in Jackson I do not recommend this facility it has bad service and I found out this place it's been broken into multiple times stay away go somewhere else

Service has been terrible. Unable to get in gate, unit we paid for was unavailable and had to pay more for a smaller unit. Unable to reach a person by phone or in the office anytime.

The ease of renting a storage unit was exemplary! I'm not sure why I'm making 2 full payments in much less than 1 month though
