Stopped here to get my computer fixed. The gentleman ran a computer check and I needed a new hard drive. Reasonable prices.

I absolutely do not recommend this store. I went in with a good idea what the issue was and asked him if he was able to switch out parts to test if my part was messed up. He said yes but wanted to do their usual steps first which sounded fine so I told him do what they need to do. During the testing he did nothing but continuously say my parts were terrible and that I didn't have a "gaming motherboard" which was my issue, and they my 3060 was not a good enough graphics card for any kind of gaming. He did nothing but try to sell me something the entire 2 hours I was there. While he was snacking away and handling my parts he kept pointing out food crumbs and said "there's your issue! You're not cleaning it." In the end, he put my ram in the incorrect placements, got an error message and said my ram was bad. Charged me 30, kept me there 2 hours, did nothing to find the real issue, and then once again tried selling me stuff saying I wasted my time with this brand new PC. Again. Do not bother with them. Absolutely AWFUL service all around. The store itself sells dirty, grimy, and outdated parts for the cost of brand new modern stuff. I don't know who they think they're fooling.

I was/am having wifi connection problems. After extensive and excessive research I learned that the 5g router does not signal through thick walls and quickly drops the 2.4g wifi signal. I thought I found the device that I needed without spending $200+ more than I wanted to spend. Before I took the cellophane off the devices I wanted expert advice so I stopped by this computer store. He told me that what I had wouldn't fix the problem and he showed me what I need to get, $200+. I was confident that he knew what he was talking about but I haven't yet brought myself to going to that expense. I don't mind paying for tech service but I object to paying for equipment that the ISP should be providing. The ISP rents only 5g devices knowing that WiFi devices are mostly 2.4g and yet they charge extra for wifi that I can't get throughout my home.I appreciate the tech advice and the suggestion for a specific item that I got at the computer store. It was worth stopping by.

The man was very helpful and gave me a good deal at least so far turning out to be that way. Would have given five stars but this is my first time doing business there. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks

Russel is honestly one of the most pathetic “owners” I’ve ever encountered. Waited 3 hours for the holy grail Russel to finally come as I was told he would be there in an hour. Finally comes in shirt unbuttoned to his stomach and mumbling. Essentially talking in cursive. Went to have a laptop fixed and he essentially told me it was a paper weight. Then proceeded to try to buy my laptop from me for $25. Just a terrible experience. Slimy looking dude with even worse customer service. I’m not sure who I feel worse for, the people encountering this guy as a customer, or the people employed by this greaseball.

***PLEASE READ***HONESTLY WOULD GIVE ZERØ STARSI Would Not Recommend Anyone To This Place. I Needed Something For My Online Work. I Had Already Made My Mind To Find A Relatively Lower Priced Laptop And Just Upgrade It. So I Found One In Here And Asked Him Could He Do The Upgrade(4gb RAM to 8). He Offered Me More Than What I Asked For(500 SSD Storage), So Of Course I Agree. He Said He Had To Order My Parts, But Somehow It Was Ready The Next Day. I Knew Something Was Off. I Get My Laptop And Look To Make Sure Everything Is How He Said. RAM Was Upgraded But My Storage Was 120 Not 500. So I Ask Him Why Its 120 Not 500 And Mr Russel Promises Me That Its 500 Like Im Not Looking At The Screen Myself. I Leave, Get Home And Open The Back Of My Laptop And See It’s A 120 SSD With 500 Written On It (RAM Is 8 And 64 Bit Operating System) . So I Come Back With Someone And We Show Him A Picture Of The Card (Picture Attached), Now He “Sees” What Happed, Blamed It On One Of His Employees And Said It Will Be Fixed By Tomorrow. So I Go To Get The Laptop After School. I Get There, And Im Checking My RAM And SSD Storage. Now The RAM Is Messed up. Its Still 8 But Says I Can Only Use 1.98 of It But The SSD Storage Is Right. I Left Because Honestly I Thought Maybe It Just Need A Update, Right? No, He Downgraded my 64 Bit Processing System To A 32 Bit. So Im Like WOW. But I Was Lucky To Find A Way Up Upgrade It Myself. I Really Didn’t Feel Like Messing With Mr Russel Again.***DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO GET ONE FROM A RETAILER AND LET REAL PROFESSIONALS WHO WONT TRY TO GIVE YOU THE RUN A ROUND DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME***

Went there to get a plug for a new hard drive. New laptop ruined because dude gave me used part that melted when installed. Then he denies any fault. Avoid this guy.

Do NOT go here. My laptop was about to die so I took it for repair with the strict instructions that the most important thing was saving all the music and documents I had. Since then, not only is the laptop now blinking in a weird way but they overcharged, sold me an additional thumb drive I didn't need (because they said I had too much data for the 1TB drive I provided somehow), and still somehow managed to delete a good chunk of my music. Go here at your own risk.
