They had the parts to repair the truck and they refused to give me the price útil they pull it out , at the end they came with an estimate of 5,000 dlls . Dont recomend this place . Fleetpride is a lot better.

One of the worse experiences we have ever had with a shop. My husband brought his truck to have a sensor fixed. The claimed they fixed it and then 10 minutes down the road, same roblem. They then said it wasn't the sensor and it was going to take 3 hours to get it fixed. 3 weeks later the truck is still in their shop and they stopped answering our calls. Every truck driver knows that 3 weeks out of work is detrimental. My husband drove 2 hours there on 3 separate occasions, they had taken out his truck engine and transmission and still have no idea what they are doing. They charge high prices and do mediocre work. Worst shop ever.

Called ahead and they were able to get me in same day, both service managers I dealt with were great and the technician that worked on my truck definitely knew what he was doing.

Last week my check engine light came on while I was Illinois. I called this dealership because it's my local kenworth dealership, Jacob answered the phone and and advised me what to do. I'm a steering wheel holder, I'm not mechanical. He told me to come in the next day and they would figure it out and be done in a day. I showed up the next day and was there for 5 hours. Jacob kept me informed and explained stuff to me. I'll definitely be back

Patrick was my service whom greeted me and let me know that it is okay I was at the right place. Didn’t take long for them to pull my truck in the shop.Brayden was the technician who took care of my truck. He came to me and told me what problems I was having and assured me that he would fix the issues and it did! Much respect to the team at MCH Kenworth of Jackson Tn for taking care me thanks!

I had ac clutch come apart the day prior to my visit with MHC Jackson TN. Called and was told next morning would be good so I got loaded and headed that way. Shop service manager Patrick had problem diagnosed and had night shift tech Tyler replace ac compressor, dryer and vacuum system down. While charging replaced all three cab air filters and was up and being cool on my stool again. Tyler seemed very knowledgeable coming from a line of mechanics and made short work of the repair. Great job folks! Many thanks to your shop and staff!

A nice facility for semi truck sales and repair. It is located on I-40 in Jackson, Tn across the interstate from the baseball stadium and the sportsplex. They have many service bays (all full) and lots of mechanics working in the bays. The service writer and parts department was very nice, clean and well organized. The service personnel were very accomodating and the counterman was friendly and helpful so overall its a good place to do business but the prices are out of this world! They did try to livhten the sticker a lil bit but it is almost robbeey without a gun, in my opinion. Only go to any of these types of facilities if it is an emergency or you will get skinned. Sometimes they are the only one with the computer software to diagnose a problem and correct a failure so you are forced to go to their services, which describes my situation, no one else could get my water level sensor to connect and work but them, ( i tried 2 others before taking it here.)

The company that I work for had a truck break down and it was towed to the Kenworth shop. I was instructed to go to their location and swap my empty trailer for the loaded trailer and complete the delivery. MHC Kenworth has plenty of room to pull in and Park . I swapped the trailers and went on my way. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Bryon was great got my truck in and clear the code. Overall the staff is great. The repair shop as a complementary shower and wash through the dryer while your truck is in shop. I would highly recommend if you have KW or Peterbilti would stop by the Jackson Tennessee location.
