Terrible experience with this company. My daughter requested tow at approximately 12:30pm. Was told would be there within 2 hours. Car was less than 20 minutes away. 4 hours later after multiple calls they said would "be there soon". Then got a message they transferred the job to another company and would be another 90 mins. Don't use this company.....ever!

Driver broke my undercarriage protection . I called to be told fix it and we will take care of it .so I called back only to be told I would get a call back ..nope no call or concern..so I call only to talk to owner who said he would fix if I had witnesses then changed his mind ive got witnesses and notary statement from them ..owner also claims I never called before well ive got a notary statement from a witness that was there when the phone call was made the day of issue..so sense you don't want my witnesses statements and refuse to handle your business I will give these statements to someone who cares about this issue .. thank you for your time..

Had shift cable “fixed” two weeks ago. It came back off Sunday and when we took it apart to see what the problem was we discovered that instead of replacing the bushing the “mechanic” had taped it to the shift lever with electrical tape and charged me $60

Worst towing service ever they destroyed my car and crappy direct auto who sent them to get it isn't covering it because they are a joke. Direct Auto sucks and so does this place. Only suggest using them if you want your vechile messed up.

I call at 1am to get my car towed the Lady that picked up was so rude and gave me the highest price out of 5 others. And when I ask why so high she rudely hung up on me. Good thing I finally found someone to tow it for $75 instead of $150.

Sidney has a great crew. Heard a noise and thought it was transmission related. It wasn’t and John had it fixed in minutes. Wonderful service attitudes. Recommend them highly
