Very professional and work was done accurately. Kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Also let me know what was wrong with my car and the total cost to fix my vehicle beforehand.. no surprises. Highly recommend

The service is always great. I have been going there for many years because of the outstanding service. The young man that worked on my vehicle made sure everything was safe on my vehicle prior to me leaving the business. I have no complaints.

If I could give 1 star, I would. I want to state that this customer service was wonderful and everyone that I encountered was kind. However, I only went in for an oil and filter change. I do understand that corporate places like this do try to upsell, with that being said, they handed me two pages of paper that were thousands of dollars worth of “repairs” my truck needed. As I left, I made it to the I-40 bridge and smoke started to roll out from under my truck. This was maybe 2 miles from the shop and my truck broke down. One of my heater hoses had dry rotted and split, which is something that naturally happens in older Chevys and GMC’s. However, both of my heater hoses had been disconnected and were no longer in there clamps. My truck was smoking and my coolant was leaking all over the bridge on Christmasville. After a $100 tow, on top of having to spend another $350 dollars on someone to come to my home to repair my truck, it’s safe to say I’m not a happy client. When my husband checked that list of “repairs” not ONCE did it mention my heater hose was dry rotted and needed repaired, even though they had my truck up in the air for an oil and filter change. I was also told by the mechanic who fixed my truck that it looked like someone purposely disconnected them from their clips. Between the $75 oil change, and the tow and repairs I’m out $525.00. I will be contacting the corporate office about this. It’s a shame this was done to me and makes me wonder how many others this has happened too. Do better!

I was told I needed my front breaks replaced but they changed their mind when I told them I had had them replaced the previous month by a local and highly respected garage. I was only in for an oil change. Very suspicious!

My truck's brake fluid light kept coming on even though there was plenty of fluid. It's an old Ford F150. It needed rotors, drums, etc. They had it done in less than a day. Great service. Friendly people.

Won’t put a part on a customer has already purchased cause it will “void their warranty”. Even asked if they’d do it without a warranty since it was my part and they said no. So basically I was denied service cause I didn’t wanna buy their part.

customer service was excellent. had appointments but I knew what the issue was and it was late in the afternoon and they worked me in. the mechanic was very knowledgeable about the issue. I had to replace a wheel bearing hub. the price was a little high but ig everything is nowadays. but I recommend this shop.

They've doubled their prices for a standard oil change $76 for oil that lasts 3k miles. You can get a synthetic oil that lasts 10k from a mechanic shop for around that price. I did have a potential concern from the visit that they were gracious to clear up, showing good customer service.

WOW!!! Where do I start when your car just out of the blue after pumping gas doesn't want to start up. I have Carshield and had already checked who locally honored them. And low and behold Meineke was on the list and I pass by it daily going to and from work. So thankful to God that when the problem started I was just a parking lot away from the building. I pulled up walked in and was met with a genuine smile and how can I help you. The staff were friendly and patient with me and I really appreciate that. But for the Grace of God they were able to find the problem take care of it the next day, had to wait on a ordered part. I was able to drive my car home that day with a assurance there would be no problem going home and coming back. No problem at all... Came back the next morning and got the problem taken care and a oil change. Thank you Meineke Team, you made me very happy knowing that I was in capable hands getting my car serviced. You now have a new life long customer. Thank you again be blessed and see you next time around. (oil change ???)
