I am DISSATISFIED with my bed, the mattress bar has fallen out of the fram MULITIPLE times! I have fallen out of it because of the mattress shifting off of the frame! It makes me concerned for my cat when she jumps up, the way the mattress does I am afraid that she will get hurt OR worse!

I would recommend going here before going to any other mattress store in the area. They are very knowledgeable and will sell you exactly what you need or looking for. Sylvia is such an Angel. I had an overall great experience and will do business here again.

I’m only giving this 1 star so I can share my experience. Other than that this company deserves a negative 0. Purchase a mattress from them and it took almost 1 month for the mattress to arrive so they offered us a loaner mattress. Once we received the mattress our new mattress still took an additional 30 more days to arrive so we decided to keep the loaner because we were persuaded that it was a better quality than what we had purchased. About a couple months after purchasing me and my partner noticed the tiny marks on our body. We thought maybe it was our deterrent so we switched and waited a few weeks to see if that was it and no we were still coming up with these marks. I initially thought it was spider bites so I went to the Dr only to be told it was not spider bites that it was bed bugs. I initially contacted my landlord because I thought the place we had moved in had them being that our mattress was new. One day as we were moving the mattress we noticed a small slit in the box spring and looked inside and there were lots of bugs and eggs that had been there u can tell for years. This mattress was infested and we contacted this company and they would not help us at all. They brushed us off and acted as if our situation wasn’t important to them. I have back issues so I had been forced to use the mattress until I could find something else. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The lady working there was so nice. She showed me a variety of price ranges and did not push me to purchase the more expensive one. I loved she genuinely was interested in my comfort and not the commission.

Bought a new bed in Feb. Delivered wrong bed in March. Received correct bed in May. Received bedding bundle in June, without mattress protectors. I refuse to call this place again. Very bad purchase experience. Do not recommend. Took four months and still haven't received total order,

I worked with Jason and Sylvia! They both keep me updated on my special delivery. Jason even went above and beyond for me, rented a van and made two trips to my location. Just to make sure my incoming visiting family had a place to sleep! These where not even the mattresses I ordered, they where better!!! Mine would not have come in on time! These where loners!!! We loved them so much we called and said, we will take these!!! SOOO accommodating they are. I would highly recommend going to American mattress in Jackson Tennessee before going anywhere else. Speak with Jason!!! I WILL be coming back for the bunk bed mattresses!!!! Thank you again Jason!!!! ❤️

I can't say enough of the manager and secretary Sylvia and Jason! They went above and beyond to help me. They made two trips to make sure that I got my mattresses! They went above and beyond! I would highly recommend doing business with them! They are very caring thank you for your dedication

I didn’t actually buy a mattress but just wanted to write this review because of the amazing customer service provided by Jason. I looked at beds there and he was very knowledgeable and helpful, I went with another cheaper bed (shouldn’t have) and ended up back there after only one night. He didn’t try to just take my money but offered helpful suggestions to improve my current cheap bed! That’s amazing customer service right there. And because of his suggestions I was able to sleep great! But you can bet that when I go to buy my next mattress this is where I will be going!
