Their clothing is well made and stylish. I had a little trouble finding the size I needed, but found out they had just had a sale over the weekend. The staff was very friendly and gift wrapped my purchase for free. Overall, I was very satisfied and would shop here again.

As a business owner myself I am absolutely appalled at the extremely ill-mannered customer service from the older woman I received today. From the moment I walked in I was looked over as if I had tentacles coming out of my sides and 3 eyeballs on my forehead. The audacity I had to bring a sleeping 5 month old, in a stroller, into a children’s clothing store I suppose. She was repeatedly rude throughout my entire trip. She asked me if I “even had a receipt”, extremely condescending, for an exchange I wished to do. The receipt in question she had already looked over once, her response when I pointed that out was an insolent, "oh, that's right". I asked her if she had any other options for shoes in the size I was looking for and she ignored the question rushing to know my phone number. Inevitably she come back to me and asked if I “wanted the store credit or not” since that was the “only thing she could do”. I asked if they were going to be getting anymore shoes in or if it were possible to order them, her response was a snarky “I have no idea.” These are only the highlights of the discourteous experience I had.I used my “credit” because I have absolutely no intentions of returning. I'm not sure why she was so rude. I feel as if she was actually trying to be as hateful as she could possibly be. There's no need to be that mean to anyone. I'm not surprised I was the only person in the store and I'm not surprised there are other poor reviews.I will most definitely make the drive to Gingersnaps in Corinth, MS where I’m invited into the back room to view inventory before it’s even placed on the sales floor and the ladies offer to watch my baby while I shop instead of glare at me for bringing her into their store. If my employees ever spoke to someone or treated someone the way I was treated, they would immediately have repercussions. Such a shame.

Whoever has taken over needs to let the old bitter woman go. If she is the owner I hope she sees this. Today was the worst experience ever. She was rude to a lady before then rude to me and wouldn’t even let me talk. I have never left my items on a counter but I left without my things I picked out before I got really ugly with her. So so sad

I pulled on the door at a quarter til closing and it was locked. Checked store hours on the door and figured they just closed early. No problem. They opened the door as I was walking away and invited me in. There were 2 employees. One was very sweet and helpful. I just kinda told her it wasn’t the style I liked. (The store does sell a specific style.)The other employee was literally slurring her words and not making sense. She was rude and the other employee kept correcting her. Pretty sure they closed early to drink. I wouldn’t care at all if the tipsy lady that was trying to help me weren’t so pompous while making no sense. I couldn’t get out of the store fast enough!

I am 99 percent sure the lady that "helped" me today was drunk. The door was locked before closing and they let me in when I pulled on the door. I'm pretty sure they were drinking... no problem, but the lady that tried to help was rude while slurring her words. I was embarrassed for her and could not wait to get out of the store!

Love love this store ! Always find so many beautiful pieces for my baby girl ! Beautifuly designed little store with toys and books . My girl does enjoy her time there as well ! Will be always coming back for sure !

Wow really shocked at all the negative reviews. I was trying to look up the site to look if they had a website because my mom was going to stop in on a work trip to get stuff for my kiddos. I don't live in town, but have made serval trips to the store and nothing but amazing service. We even had to exchange something due to getting the wrong size and they let us mail in the exchange instead of having to drive all the way back. So I definitely recommend visiting the shop before going off all the negative reviews! :) have a great day!

We have met. My google account is in my maiden name. Since learning that you save credit card info I've reported my card lost a week before Christmas so that what happened to another customer will never have the chance to happen to me. Nice try at damage control after HORRIBLE customer service. I will never shop your store again and I will make sure the friends and family I have in the area don't either. I also use to tell friends traveling through to stop in. You will now be the boutique I warn them against.

I had a very unpleasant experience here. Will not return. My experience, while pleasant in the store, was not pleasant when you ran my credit card information you saved without my authorization several weeks after my purchase, despite my repeated requests for a simple phone call from the owner, who failed to return my call. Employees also were unpleasant with my own office staff over the phone. Perhaps the people who have also left negative reviews had similar experiences. You couldn't list my address when I asked you to look me up in your online system, but you had my credit card information from my last visit, which makes me question just what information you have in your system and your claim to know every customer. I will not return and have had others tell me about similar experiences there. I'm sure you'll say You have no record of my experience, too, but I'll be glad to post a picture of my package I received.

Just because I paid under a different card name doesn't mean I've never been your customer. This business owner harassed a customer at their place of employment and then charged their card info from 5-6 weeks prior. Poor customer service and harasses their customers plus keeps card info on file.

I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. Don't buy from here. The owner will save your card information and then turn around and run it for unauthorized charges, after she calls your place of employment and harasses you and your coworkers.

I live out of town and needed a baby gift for someone in Jackson. They were registered here so I called and spoke to a very sweet and helpful, Kathy. She sent photos of items she suggested. I made my choices from photos and my shopping was done! Thanks so much.
