I bought a lever handle doorknob. Easier to open than a twist type. The associate rekeyed the lock to match the other lock on my door so I only have one key for all my locks. They do this at no charge when you purchase the lock from Lowes. It only took a few minutes. Great job, very satisfied.

I went into this store to get some items needed for a home project. The staff was very helpful, I truly enjoyed the checkout process, A helpful associate was very sincere, asking about how everything was going etc. This person was very genuine!
In closing, Some stores can use all the AI they want but that will NEVER replace a true human customer experience!
