I needed a heater. My dad grabbed one from the shelf that had been returned. After getting it home. It had no booklet no wheels, just the radiator unit... so it sits on a piece of metal now.... picture showed its supposed to have a trundle under it. No radiator trundle. *sad face*. Oh well...

Been here for an hour trying to buy a washing machine! This place is pathetic when it comes to getting the help you need! Heading about 45 minutes away to purchase a washing machine, these people absolutely do not care!

Robin in the Garden center is underplayed however much she is getting paid. Friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. Not only did she help me hand load 40 80 lb bags of gravel into the bed of my truck she walked my grandma to her car, put her stool down for her step, helped her get into the car and fastened her in. She did it all with a smile. In the world we live in service like she provided is almost extinct.Robin deserves to be recognized for her work. As a manager myself people like this either move up or move on. Hopefully Lowe’s knows what to do when you have a dedicated employee like Robin.I will follow up. If Lowe’s doesn’t promote you or raise your pay call me. I have a position for you.

I went to get a few more things to finish out my Mother's bathroom, putting in a tub to shower conversion.Workers were busy talking. But a nice good-looking gentleman helped me get a piece of backerboard & then went and got a worker to come help me.

Had a refrigerator delivered on September 11.The wrong ice maker was sent, plus they were to swap handles to right side of door. Call store for 4 days was told each day they would be out here next day with right ice maker, they finally showed up Friday again with wrong parts. After talking to several managers I thought l finally Friday evening talked to manager Chris Oakley who took care of everything. My paperwork had never been corrected and Chris took care on it pulled the right part and set me up for emergency delivered Saturday morning. The right part was put in but they didn't swap handles so called Chris again and they were back later Saturday to fix that. THANK YOU CHRIS OAKLEY FOR TAKING CARE OF MY PROBLEM. IF YOU EVERY HAVE A PROBLEM CALL CHRIS HE TRULY CARES AND GETS THE JOB DONE. THANKS AGAIN CHRIS.

This Mom has never laid ceramic tiles, but after watching several DIY videos online and the helpful suggestions/tips/grout color recommendation from Mr. Sandeep at Lowe's in Jackson, I felt confident I could do this and they turned out even more beautiful than I imagined in our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms!

Love Lowe's never had an issue with them. But thought I would visit after church and get some fall flowers. Well Pam was in the garden center this morning and her attitude was HORRIBLE not kind or friendly at all. It's rude not to speak to your guest while checking out. Not only did I speak to her once but 3 times. First time I thought she just didn't hear me. I also notice her energy was different with me opposed to the previous customer. I stood by to see if this would change upon me leaving and sure it did. Didn't ruin my Sunday but definitely makes or breaks if next time I will go to Home Depot instead. I must say the young man watering the flowers outside check out was very nice, welcoming and kind. Didn't catch his name. Offered to help me and asked upon leaving did I need help loading anything in which I did not but told him I definitely appreciate him asking, offering and being kind which doesn't cost a thing.

Don't ever have them install a door for you. The people who come out and measure don't know how, the people who enter it into the computer don't know how, and they take their sweet time getting something done about it. 3 1/2 months and over $4000 later we still have no door. The door we are replacing was bought off the rack (standard size) but now they say the new one will be "custom". But they can't find anyone that can build the "custom" door because it is not a "standard" size. So I finally get a call telling me they can't do it, come get your money back. There will probably be an update to this review as I foresee trouble with the refund.

Each time I visit Lowe’s, I become more and more discouraged. They never have cashiers available and I’m expected to use the self checkout. The problem is that I don’t work for Lowe’s, nor does Lowe’s compensate me for providing a service they are responsible for providing to customers. I don’t expect them to come to my place of employment and perform a task that I am responsible for. So, I wish they would do the same.
