Love Lowes in general but I have had multiple horrible experiences with the pick up department here. Every time I place an order it is missing items. Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful but the pickup department is lacking.

A good store. Like all Lowe's, they leave mobile staircases in merchandise aisles. Wish that weren't so. Somehow, the item I need is always blocked behind them.

They only have self check out stations. I prefer a check out with a real person. We had an item with no barcode and had to wait for help.

I went to the garden dept to purchase a spreader, I went to check out in that department only to have 3 employees discussing the sales add. They saw me standing there and said nothing so I went inside and checked out at the self checkout. Needless to say I will no longer shop at Lowe's.

The staff at Lowe's in Millington is very helpful whenever you can find someone to assist you. They are very knowledgeable about where the products can be found. They will walk with you when necessary. If need be, they will tell you exactly what aisle to find what you are searching.

Helped a coworker get a new washer tonight, and Caycee was amazingly patient (I was translating for coworker) and helpful! We got in and out in less than an hour, with delivery and everything. Thank you!

SHOUT OUT to Cole!!!!!!!! I visited Lowe's in South Jackson and had the opportunity to receive GREAT hospitality from Cole. I had a project to complete, had no idea what to do. Cole showed up and saved the day. He was so patient and kind, told me what to do, as well as took the time for me to repeat what to do to make sure I understood. Well, SHOUT OUT to Cole.
