Little’s Jewelry Store in Tupelo MS This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a retail jewelry store ever. They were all so professional and fun. Rhonda, Jordan, Cartier and Terri were all so attentive and helpful. They knew their products and knew what my husband and I wanted and helped us to get it. We bought so many beautiful things and got some repairs on some things we owned. It was so fun and we will never shop any another Jewelry store again. Thank you all and Kudos to your team.

I cannot recommend Little’s Jewelers enough. Reen and Roshell were so accommodating during the process of finding and purchasing my engagement ring. They alleviated a lot of the angst I felt and it made a big difference for the entire experience. My fiancé LOVES her ring and gets compliments all the time.

Recently I visited Little’s to get new batteries installed in two watches and to get a new band for an unusual vintage watch. A replacement band proved to be a challenge because of the watch design and a modification done decades ago. Since replacing the band wasn’t viable, Sarah proposed an alternative that made the band fit better. I am very happy with the results and appreciate Sarah working with me for a solution. I will not have batteries installed at a “big box retailer” as I know of situations where the wrong battery was forced in and damaged the watch. The team at Little’s installed batteries quickly and I had confidence they knew what they were doing. Little’s has a great jewelry selection too!

I needed to get 2 watches repaired, one a battery and the other one I needed advice on what to repair since the crown stem would not operate properly. The crown stem was just stuck for me but not stuck for the older gentleman that was doing the watch repair. His kindness and time that he spent on the 2 watches was about a half hour. He handed me over my watches with a smile as I said, great, how much do I owe you. He replied to me nothing because I had to wait for him while he serviced another customer before me. I was truly taken back from his kindness. My wife MONICA VETO , uses their services numerous times at Little’s and has always stated that she loves the service and people in the store. I get it now, I see what she has been talking about. I would recommend this store to anyone, not because of my experience this day, but I witnessed several customers come into the store where they were taken care of with smiles and with the utmost professionalism. You don’t find that quality of service everywhere in Jackson or other places anymore. I highly recommend this Jewelry store for any of your precious needs. The people in the store make it worth your business. Thanks again for making my day!

I recently had my wedding ring & band sized at Littles and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff in the store were courteous and kind. The quality of the work is impeccable. I honestly feel like the ring is in much better shape than how I left it! I will definitely be returning for any of my future needs.

I have never had a bad experience with Little’s jewelers until today My husband took me in the store today to pick up a ring he bought me for our anniversary but they wouldn’t let him pick it up cause he didn’t have the slip but yet had the text message sent to him with the order number had his drivers license to prove it was him but that wasn’t good enough and we live a hour away So yeah they lost my husband as a customer cause of the way he was treated very sad

Awesome place!! I took a large biker style ring there to be re-sized, i thought it may be hard to do but its perfect and Steve did a fantastic job! Great place with helpful and friendly staff.

My wife and I decided to buy our wedding and engagement set from these folks. Our experience was great from beginning to end. Especially so because what we wanted was quite complex and involved moving stones from different rings to others. They were able to take care of everything for us for a reasonable price and the quality is outstanding.

I went in today to see something I liked online. There were 3 or 4 ladies working. One was very obviously tied up with a gentleman. The others were chatting saying someone would be with me. Another couple also came in and was told someone would be with them. After about 10 minutes I left. The only one working was going to be awhile with the gentleman she was helping. They had some things I liked but they were too busy chatting to show me or the other couple anything.
