Never had any issues. I've been banking here since 2015. Also...the reason for my visit today...when you loose a debit card they can print another the same day. No need to wait 7-10 business days

I have a business account with leaders and I manage vending machines for a customer of mine and I’ve always ordered boxes of quarters and picked them up every week but yesterday when I went to make my weekly pickup I was called back into Rebecca’s office and she proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t order quarters anymore and that I needed to find another bank! I don’t understand what made her treat me this way, I’ve never had a problem in the past. I just couldn’t believe how rude she was to a customer with a business account and that she actually told me that I needed to find another bank. I’ve never had a problem at this location in the past, everyone was so friendly and it was very convenient picking up my order every week but now I guess I’ll have to find another bank to supply me with what I need even though my business account is with leaders. I’m very disappointed with how I was treated!

Charles was beyond excellence. As closing on my home took 10 months due to builder delays he was by far patient. He and the support team gave great advice, their online portal for submitting documentation made it convenient for a busy person such as I. I can't wait to close the next few deals with them.

Worst Customer Service ever. I called immediately after a charge was made on my card to have it stopped. I was out of town and needed access to my debit card, they were not concerned about me. I asked if they could expedite my card or anything they could do. They were rude and playing games with the phone. Ashley and Zac, both need to go back to customer service 101. I am still waiting to hear from the manager Eric. Never bank any where that is not concerned when you called them frantic with an emergency.

every night between 12 and 1 a.m. the syatem crashes and i cant use my card. i work night shift and get off at midnight. not to mention the multiple system failures it normally has

Ive been a member for over 25 years , paid well on all my loans. I have 2 loans with the Credit Union. I was diagnosed with covid and was hopsitalized and then went to rehab. Iven been out of work for over a month. I contacted Member Services for any kind of help and work with me on my payment. I spoke with 2 diffrent employees about my situation. Someone said they had to talk to a supervisor and would get back with me. Over two weeks later,nothing. The only thing they seem to care about is the fact that i am a month ahead on my loan. Sad excuse for a Credit Union

My name is Tim Barlow. I do business with Leader’s Credit Union and have always had a great experience with them. This week, I had a spectacular experience. I went to the Credit Union to get an endorsement for an insurance check I had received for a roof claim on my home. Jonathan Jones not only endorsed the check, but he also helped me get the check to the first mortgage holder. That was above and beyond. Then he helped me set up a few online banking features. Very patient and professional. What an asset to your financial institution. What a great customer experience. You guys do it right!!
