Wish I never made reservations place was run down dirty and I found bed bugs they claimed it was wood chips. How did wood chips get in the bed. I am not dumb or blind. I left after seeing the bugs but took a shower before hand so they only refunded me half please run away from this place

OMG! I feel like I was in the twilight zone or a horror film. I'm sorry, but don't even think about staying here. We were desperately trying to find a room because of a hospital emergency. I have been in a lot of hotels for over 50 years of traveling all across the country. I never had a bad experience with la quinta ever until this one. 3rd floor is red tagged, no hot water! No ice! The door on the 2nd floor had a small piece of plywood covering a hole that was most definitely a sign that the police used a battering ram to enter! Staff could only say "sorry " it's not their fault, but complete demolition is really the only hope. Dynamite and bulldozer, please ? LA Quinta really needs to salvage their reputation here.Terry Pfannenstiel

The whole place was dirty and stinky. The manager was never on the property to speak to and the handicap room was not accessible for someone with leg disability. Had only bathtubs and short toilet. When I discovered this the manager never would return my call for a refund and the staff was very rude when asking to speak to a manager. The manager never did return my call or speak to me when I called for two days. I finally was told by a staff member I would get a refund.

The hotel is HORRIBLE. Filthy, old, neglected, etc. The bathtub was leaking. They wouldn't take responsibility and change rooms or give a refuns because it's "under renovation" which was mentioned in the check in process.I wouldn't stay there, not even for free.

Literally told me upon walking in that the room I was reserved a week in advance was unavailable. I had to scramble and find a different hotel for a work trip.

Can’t give it any stars! STAY AT YOUR OWN HEALTH RISK!! AVOID THIS PLACE! A pig sty would be a cleaner and safer place to stay.Rooms: They REEK OF CIGARETTE SMOKE!

Horrible - where to start. Holes in the wall, disgusting stains on chair and floor, lots of black marks all over walls, small amount of blood on picture above bed, broken leg on desk, chest of drawers that wouldn’t stay closed, damaged headboard, very damaged bathroom door, missing towel rack, gross stains in tub, bleach and other stains in hallway, filthy elevator, and best of all - the hairdryer caught fire! Clerks were not readily available for check-in and check-out and they weren’t busy at all. No breakfast

Disgusting rooms, hotel, hallways. Had it not already been paid for and my car was having issues, I would have left and found a different hotel. It looked like there had been a flood over the entire first floor - and it had never been cleaned up. Avoid this hotel.

If I could give zero stars I would, this hotel should be absolutely condemned!! It looks like it is already, huge state of disrepair, filth, rude staff, I wouldn't want a homeless person or animal step foot in it!!!!Safety: Extremely UNSAFE AREA! No lights, no cars in parking lot, not one sigle car or light on in rooms, Extremely dark it looked condemned and totally should be. This hotel is the worst I've ever seen in my life and should not carry the Whyndam name or La Quinta name! I have stated in hundreds of Wyndam hotels, some better than others but this is absolutely HORRIFYING!!!

we only needed one night to rest and end up being a nightmare full of roaches. Couldn't even finish our night here ended up leaving . The toilet flooded and they didn't bother to come and check on us only gave us extra towels. We asked for a different room and they said they didn't have any extra two bed room. Even tho there were only three cars in the parking lot. The place was empty for a big reason. This place is disgusting and smells awful. Not worth even sleeping a night in.

This place is so dilapidated I thought I had pulled up to a closed facility. Absolutely The WORSE place I've Ever seen. If you value your life and healthy don't go!!!I meant to take pictures but couldn't leave fast enough. Scary
