Decent prices and clean store

Normally the store is in great condition but today it was like half the store was out of product. I came in last week as well and had asked for an item in the deli. Asked if they had anymore and the worker acted like I was bothering her. I have worked for a great Grocery store for almost 10 years and we had great customer service. Maybe y'all were just overwhelmed and understaffed because of the holidays. Who truly knows but it was disappointing to have to stop at two stores to get what I needed

It's like a maze to figure out which doors are locked and un-locked. I'm not sure, but I am checking on it. I believe all business doors must be un-locked during normal business hours.

I’m from Los Angeles and stopped at this location while visiting family.
The store was really clean. The guys in the seafood dept. were having a meeting but kindly sent someone to help me. Lots of great choices. The site definitely reminded of RALPHS dtla!
Also Jasmine the cashier was so kind and nice. She had a great personality and the gentleman bagging the groceries with glasses! Great team! I’ll definitely be back here to shop when visiting family!

I ate an air pod from an employee in the Ohio plant. Hun you are missing the other half of your air pod!!! Kroger you are disgusting for saying oh my I’m sorry this happened to you, shut your robotics off… the other half of the air bud is somewhere between Cincinnati and Jackson Tn, you all are gross and incompetent, bc it’s completely ok to eat someone else’s ear wax!!!

Terrible management plan. Waited thirty minutes to check out and when asked manager, was told you should just wait or shop elsewhere.
