All things considered, with the challenges that must be overcome by any business to succeed, It has been my experience that the spirit of the service is presented with the customer first attitude. The store is always clean . Very seldom do I have to move through stockers carts while shopping. No other stores give products based on your shopping history to learn what you like. The Walmart Billionaire’s attitude Ive found to be quite different. Fuel Points HELLO. Kroger works hard for my business. So they will get it everytime.

Like virtually every other business, they are short staffed. That can't be helped so it's not part of my review. I love being part of the Kroger Rx Club. Sometimes I save more money with it than I do with my insurance. For $36 a year, it's a great value.

A year ago we were pleased with this pharmacy and would recommend hands down. But unfortunately I cannot say the same today. Prescriptions are almost never ready when we are told they are. Drive through lines lack convenience since you will wait exceptionally long times and if you share our typical experiences, will be told to either circle back around in line or come back later because prescription is still not ready. We’ve been told conflicting information ranging from flu shots for children (age limit within range but pharmacist doesn’t feel “comfortable” so won’t administer shot) to status of prescriptions (ready in 30 mins to “we have nothing processing on our end”) depending on which employee you speak to. And stay away from their online portal as it is never accurate and will just cause you extra grief trying to explain what you’re there to pick up to confused pharmacy techs who show nothing on their end even processing. If all these issues didn’t want to make you already switch pharmacies, their customer service alone surely will.

Always a problem or a 30-40 minute drive through wait. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time.

Low stars due to being so slow, had most script on auto refill, never once was it ready. Tell me 20 to 30 mins, turns into an hour. Cant seem to get it together there.

Went to the drive thru pharmacy today because I got a text that my prescriptions were ready. Was told one was not ready when I got there so I had to wait. My doctor called these in over a week ago and I had already called once to Kroger to check on them. I waited at the window about 15 minutes while they waited on 3 other people in the other spot. I just had to drive off. I had to be somewhere else. Very unprofessional and unorganized place.

These Crooks are marking ground beef As ground round as if people can't tell the difference gouging people during a pandemic is one of the most despicable things I think anyone could do especially whenever it comes to food and the only food you get comes from Food Stamp's

Other than one bad experience with one pharm tech I rate them high. The pharm tech probably won’t last long in any job. Other employees have been wonderful

When I bring in prescriptions, PLEASE listen and make notes of what I request! I just spent 1.25 HOURS in your parking lot and 3 trips through the drive through for 2 prescriptions, one of which was called in at 7:30am to be ready at 10am and one that I brought. The new one I brought had 2 prescriptions on it, one of which I asked to be put on file and not filled and the other one to be filled with capsules and not tablets. I was told it would be 30 minutes so I said I would

Have used this store for 3+ years for pick up delivery by caregivers for my parents with dementia. I ordered groceries last week and when I was at my dad's house over the weekend I noticed 3 different items I had ordered were not in the pantry. I checked with caregiver that picked up the groceries and she confirmed these items were not in the grocery bags. She communicated to me a list of substituted items was given to her when she picked up groceries and 2 of the items weren't in bag so she had to go into the store to get them. She also had to wait 40 minutes on a Saturday to receive the groceries. I ordered 3 cans of peas but got charged for 6. So scrutinize your grocery receipt to make sure it is correct. I went to the store and the manager did allow me to get the items that were left out of the order.

Huge superstore, the Marketplace concept. It attracts shoppers from a 50 mile destination. It is hard to shop due to bigness and it has trouble maintaining proper "sell by" dates on product. The basic problem I have is food order and pickup. The service is chaotic and terrible. I would not advise using it. The workers get in the way when you are inside. They can't get the order right when you use the service.
