Like virtually every other business, they are short staffed. That can't be helped so it's not part of my review. I love being part of the Kroger Rx Club. Sometimes I save more money with it than I do with my insurance. For $36 a year, it's a great value.

They kept at getting my insurance right which saved me money on my prescription and also many sales, we need one back in union city...

Other than one bad experience with one pharm tech I rate them high. The pharm tech probably won’t last long in any job. Other employees have been wonderful
