“I needed to get 2 watches repaired, one a battery and the other one I needed advice on what to repair since the crown stem would not operate properly. The crown stem was just stuck for me but not stuck for the older gentleman that was doing the watch repair. His kindness and time that he spent on the 2 watches was about a half hour. He handed me over my watches with a smile as I said, great, how much do I owe you. He replied to me nothing because I had to wait for him while he serviced another customer before me. I was truly taken back from his kindness. My wife MONICA VETO , uses their services numerous times at Little’s and has always stated that she loves the service and people in the store. I get it now, I see what she has been talking about. I would recommend this store to anyone, not because of my experience this day, but I witnessed several customers come into the store where they were taken care of with smiles and with the utmost professionalism. You don’t find that quality of service everywhere in Jackson or other places anymore. I highly recommend this Jewelry store for any of your precious needs. The people in the store make it worth your business. Thanks again for making my day!”
