Bought a 2012 Dodge Journey the catalytic converter was bad had holes in it. They replaced it. Next week push button start went out and left me STRANDED at the Dollar Tree. It was bad when I bought the car and I had to pay over $700 to fix it. This company sells lemons I wouldn't reccomend anyone to purchase from them. Manager said she wrote her own checks and can't even read a check. I purchased car with a cashier's check and she's so stupid asked if there was a lien on the vehicle. They should reimburse me the cost of the push button start I wouldn't have purchased this vehicle was showing an emblem after fixing push button start showing speed where emblem was so it was messed up when I bought it. They don't stand behind their vehicles. Tina Luckey should be fired talking about personal issues when I was there to buy a vehicle.

I bought an Expedition from Jackson Motor Co a couple of weeks ago, and it is definitely one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The quality of the vehicle and the quality of the sales experience were both 5 star. More than worth the drive from Nashville. Allen was kind, informed, and honest. You can’t ask for more than that. Jim, the owner, was very kind and introduced himself immediately after Allen. I look like a young guy and work as a handy man, and I was dressed like the blue collar handyman I am when I walked in. I am always appreciative when folks are kind and courteous despite how I look. I wish them great success, and I’m sure they’ll continue to treat everyone that walks into their dealership with the same level of respect and kindness they showed me.

I had been looking for used third gen Toyota Tacoma for a few weeks and stumbled upon a gem of a 2016 model at Jackson Motor company. I live about an hour away and my wife and I made the drive up to check out the vehicle. Loved everything about our visit, from the service to the location (beautiful building and land). Everyone was a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Jackson Motor Company.

If you want a great used car, this is the place to go! We purchased a Nissan Murano from them. Two weeks after the purchase the service light came on. Took to the mechanic and was told the transmission was bad. I called Jackson Motors and they offered to repair the car. It ended up having a brand new transmission put in it. I mean what a great place. They truly stand behind their cars. The whole staff is great! I will definitely buy my cars from them from now on and will shout their praise to everyone needing a car. Awesome people!!!!
