I bought a new Catnapper recliner in January. Six months later it broke. Exactly 1 month later and I am still waiting on parts. Their products are very cheaply made and their customer service is horrible, non exisistant really. Dont buy this junk.

Was traveling along old Medina rd behind one of their delivery trucks on Tuesday August 10. The driver was going 10-15 mph under the speed limit so when it opened into Campbell st, I attempted to pass on the left lane only for driver to cut me off. Then attempted to pass on right and driver tried to run me off the road. He then proceeded to turn right onto ridge crest as I continued straight on Campbell. If the drivers are any indication of the company, then this company is just dangerous and incompetent.

The staff was wonderful as we entered to find 2 full size beds . They helped us find exactly what we needed. HOWEVER the delivery was the issue NOT the staff. I asked when the items would arrive and they told me 10 - 12 so around 11:34 I decided to call to double check after being put on hold they said it’d be 12 - 1 I said but we been waiting all day because y’all said 10 - 12 was put on hold for the second time and then said they was loading it up be there in a bit. So at 1 o’clock I decided to go to the store being I don’t live 15 mins away. The owner was there and I waved asked when the items would arrive he said they had already left. He called said it’d be another 45 mins. So as I tried to explain to him that’s a business I had already called them once to confirm the 10-12 because going on less than 30mins to 12 I still hadn’t seen them or gotten a call. Being a business I wouldn’t have been so upset if they would have told me hey the items could arrive anytime from 10 to the time we close but instead I was told 2 different times with me having to contact them before the items finally showed up. I felt they should have called me and told me the items wouldn’t arrive no where near the time they told me when I bought the items. So hopefully next time they decide to quote the times differently.

Rude af, refused to wear a mask and told me he “wasn’t required to”. Ummm, yes sir you are. It’s state mandated. Do you realize that we’re in the middle of a plague?!? I’m out dude.

The man answering the phone was rude and very unprofessional. I couldn’t understand what he was saying and instead of opening his mouth up and speaking he wanted to raise the tone of his voice. I wouldn’t recommend going here for anything. If you can’t even get help on the phone what’s the point of going to the store. When I called back he stated HE was the manager and that it was me and my fault. He stated he had customers in the store that were more important than the customer on the phone!! Sorry as hell.

i paid what they charge fir some mattress. when I send someone to pick them up they gave me some mix match mattress and said they told me they was going to be mixed match. That was a lie cause .if the saleman which was black told me that I would have left them right there. Bad BUSINESS I will never patronized them again. I had been in there several times but I always got the owners if guess But this time . I got a black man
