We were driving cross country… And suddenly my dog started to have red bloody ? with vomiting. We were on our Day 2 out of 4 days cross country drive. Just imagine being on the road and this is happening… Called their clinic told them that we were driving cross country… glad that they told me that they can take us right away. Even we are new patient, they took my details over the phone and it was easy and smooth.
When we got there it was quick we were taken immediately. Dr. Rachel Day was amazing! I kid you not. She listened to everything I have to say medications I’ve given my puppy health history and tailored fit her care to our situation as a family too… travelers… on the road… given us outpatient care.
Their care was impeccable! As a nurse, I couldn’t complain from the people at the desk, to the nurse and doctor everyone has the gold package.
And thank God after all the care, diagnostics and procedure, the fees wasn’t so bad.. I didn’t get to pay an arm or a leg.
I am exteemely grateful and so is my dog, Vader. He is happy as of the picture and well.
I wish the clinic all the best and just want to appreciate your amazing care!

The staff was very friendly with my 17 year old Shitzu, Mercy! I had not able to get an appointment with Mercy's regular vet and was very excited when Jackson Animal Clinic was able to work Mercy into their scheduling to be seen the next morning!

Prices are great.. the customer service is phenomenal. Wait time??? What wait time. Walk in check in and go to the back.. all of my appointments were less than 30 mins . Happy because I have a very busy schedule. Pharaoh does well with them .

We sadly had to have our baby humanely euthanized, they were very patient with us and made the process easier on us and our baby. Thankful to have had such caring vets taking care of us through this extremely hard time. Highly recommend this clinic and their amazing vets and staff.
Edited to add- this is one of the most thoughtful vet clinics we have ever been to & while traveling full time for work, we have been to a lot of them. We have received the sweetest sympathy cards signed by all members of the clinic & we were very happy to hear they have even went above and beyond and have made a donation to a wonderful organization in memory of our beloved baby. I cannot say enough great things about this clinic. They are amazing!

Best clinic we've been to here in Jackson. Had an emergency situation with one of our dogs, they fit us in promptly, when our regular vet couldn't. Along with 3 others we tried to call. Even with emergency, xray and prescription charges, they've been thee most affordable place along with great care.
We will be continuing to continue our care with them.

My dog had an obstruction and had surgery. Dr Russell performed the surgery and I brought my dog home the next day. He was doing well but quickly declined and I took him back three times. The first time they did an x-ray and Dr Russell said he saw something else in his stomach but that it should pass. The second time they did another x-ray and bloodwork and Dr Day said he looked clear and should start feeling better even though his white blood cell count was barely down from when he had his first surgery so obviously he was not getting better but she never went over the blood work with us she just said his x ray looked clear. I found out about his white blood cell count being so high the next day when I specifically asked about it and that very next day he ended up staying for another surgery. Then Dr Russell told me he found another pacifier in my dog. My dog wasn’t eating for a week and there is no way he ate anything when he was just laying around suffering. That pacifier was there during the first surgery and should’ve been resolved in the first surgery but they missed it. Their way of “making it right” is charging me $709 for a second surgery for their mistake and after I’ve paid them $2,500 in 2 weeks. So in total they’ve gotten $3,209 from me. I shouldn’t be paying for their mistake. They will give you the run around and use you like a cash cow

Needed someone to see my cat asap today. My regular vet was booked so but luckily was able to snag an early appt with JAC. We saw Dr. Day who is amazingly sweet. I can’t thank them enough for taking us on!
