*Called early to confirm his estimated arrival time
*Arrived early wearing identifying company clothing and a clean cut appearance
*Professional, polite, answered all my questions
*Completed quickly and thoroughly with due care
*Cleaned up truck and entire area respectfully
*Explained final instructions and information in case of any issues
Although Trey arrived alone, he worked efficient and systematic.... as if his boss was standing right next to him!

I went there after work about 4:15 and they were closing at 5:00 but they were as nice they ask if they could help. I explain that I had a small rock chip in my windshield . They got a technician to go outside and look at it he was very professional explain what they could do I ask if they could fix it now he say sure. I went back in office ladies were very nice and courteous they took my information and got things started.They took my car in and fixed the rock chip. It was a little after 5: 00 when they finished . I would refer anyone if they need windshield or glass repair please give them a call or go by they were great to do business with. Thanks to everyone at Jack Morris in Jackson Tennessee. Your help was appreciated.

I'm not good with names but I spoke to a lovely lady at JM on Friday and she was so nice. Made an appt to come to my home for today to have a quarter glass replaced on my car. The gentleman called beforehand to let me know when he would arrive. He was friendly, professional and didn't take long to install the glass. The customer service is top tier and the price for service was affordable. I highly recommend them!

We took our car by there place today. The top chrome piece came loose and was making a loud bumping sound. We thought the noise was coming from under the car and went first to the Nissan dealer where we were charged $169 to tell us the problem. We then took the car to Jack Morris. They are ordering a new piece and reinstalling the glass. Hopefully they pay my $169 bill to Nissan.

They just put a front windshield in my 2008 Nissan Frontier. They did an excellent job! The staff was so friendly! I highly recommend them! They were very friendly and very professional.

I unfortunately had to come here 2 days in a row, not due to anything on their part but because I apparently have awful luck with rocks and windshields. The first time it took about a half an hour and I was done. The second time I came in 10 minutes before closing and the same guy from the previous day was nice enough to still get me fixed up and was done in 20 minutes. I appreciate the quick service but most of all, I appreciate the empathy on the workers part to get me taken care of even though, I'm sure he was ready to go!
