“Very nice customer service, food wasn't dry, there was flavor for most everything but the pizza.Pizza was a bit burnt and reminded me of cafeteria food.Tamales were nice and moist when I had them would recommend.”

“Breakfast is like a full-on buffet style. Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cereals, coffee, and much more than other places. Normally, I stay at Spring Hills, but it was a better experience. It is just off the highway with multiple food options (Mcdonalds, Starbucks, Sonic, Subway, kfc, etc etc)”

“Jasmine greeted us at the desk. We asked for a place to eat & her suggestion of Crown Winery was on point. Just what we needed after a long drive. Hotel was clean & quiet. Water was hot for a good shower. Food was a little over salted @ breakfast. Saw a family of deer out by the parking lot.”

“While the amenities are a little bit dated (old pool and small old gym space), really the stars here are the staff. Every time I’m here they’re all incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Often times my flights are delayed and I’m rolling in late at night/early in the morning, and there’s always a kind staff member ready to check me in and let me crash. Long working hours in their lobby are always met with their folks checking in whether I need something (“water? Wine?”) - it’s almost like they’re happy to see me whenever I’m here!I’ve stayed in many Marriotts but these folks leave an impression - I’m happy to stay here whenever I’m in this neck of the woods.”

“All in all it wasn't the worst experience I've had, although after returning with breakfast, the desk clerk met me before getting to our room wanting to know what room I was in like I wasn't even supposed to be there, it did make me feel some sort of way. The room wasn't clean and it did have a smell, needless to say we will not be returning to this motel.Mr General ManagerSee, why did you have to be so nice in your reply, makes me feel horrible for leaving a low review, thank you for that. The place wasnt all that bad, the room was huge, everything worked. It wasn't loud with noise or partying of any kind. Just needs a little more love with the housekeeping. A little extra bleach in the laundry, some nice scented fabric softener.. you should place an air freshener in each room, can get them for $1 at dollar tree.. its the little things that makes us folks pleased. Just a few ideas.Hope it helps and thanks again”

“There were multiple light bulbs missing or broken, and the lamp was broken. The shower curtain has mold on it. The bathtub has cigarette burns all on it. The shower pressure was good and great hot water. The pool was not opened. Breakfast wasn't much.”
