I am giving this hotel one star and I believe that is being generous. I wish there was an option to give no stars as this was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. My family and I stayed at this hotel when we came back home for my Uncle's funeral. We had 10 rooms reserved. However, upon arrival, we discovered that 8/10 rooms were not cleaned properly. My Cousin had to be switched to another room because her original was disgusting and seemed like it had not even been cleaned. I had to contact one of the staff to change the sheets in my room as it appeared and smelled as if they had not been changed. Also, worst of all was the treatment we received by certain staff. After burying my Uncle, my family and I returned to the hotel to eat and have fellowship after the loss of a loved one. We had already received the "okay" ahead of time to use the lobby for set up. However, during our evening, I noticed the woman who'd worked behind the bar earlier that morning to serve breakfast, taking pictures of my family and I. She then returned to a woman at the front, who I assume was the manager, and began showing her the pictures and appearing annoyed. Myself, my Mother, and my Aunt approached them to question why she had been taking pictures of us and to please delete them. She initially denied this but soon admitted it. We remained respectful to them during this time. However, the woman who had been taking the pictures began shouting at us and so did the woman behind the desk and threatening to have the police called and have us removed from the hotel. She stated that she could not open the bar with us sitting there. To clarify, it was an open bar and only two of my cousins were sitting at the bar. In fact we were all waiting for the bar to open to buy drinks. Clearly that was not going to happen after such behavior. I clearly asked why she could not come over there and ask us to move so that she could open the bar or speak with us like human beings instead of immediately treating us like criminals. This was truly a disheartening encounter. Also to clarify, my family and I are black, and the two women that harassed and berated a grieving family were white women. The woman who took the pictures was a thin white woman with short blonde hair in a bob cut, who appeared to be in her 50s, who served breakfast from behind the bar in the mornings and tended the bar in the evenings. I did not get her name. The other woman, who worked behind the front desk was a shorter white woman with long brown hair and looked to be in her 20's or 30s. One can only assume that their actions were racially motivated, which was truly disappointing. By far this was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. In fact, it was so bad that it has caused me to write this review, when I usually do not take the time to write reviews. My advice is, if you are a family of color or value clean guest accommodations, AVOID this hotel at all costs.

Quiet place just off the highway with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff are very polite and go out of their way to be helpful.

The hotel staff is very nice. The facility is very nice. The rooms are spacious but could use some upgrades. Little things need to be fixed like the stopper in the bathroom sink, the shower door would not stay shut, the curtains need to operate a little bit better. Our first time to stay and overall we were please. Will stay here again.Rooms: SpaciousNearby activities: Near restaurants and shopping.Safety: Good location.

The hotel is great, the rooms are spacious, the WiFi is decent, and the location is fantastic. The downside is the breakfast. You have to place an order and wait. The food is good just a bit slow in the mornings.

I stay at Hilton's constantly for work and have been a diamond member with them for a long time, after reading reviews selected this one. However I was very disappointed in this location. We arrived Sunday around 5PM (online check in and digital key worked great) and the restaurant was closed. When I asked if it's normally closed on Sunday they said no, but it is today. So I went into the pantry area to get some drinks to go with my door dash order. They were stocked on soft drinks and teas but there was only one mini bottle of wine and a few beers. I asked if there was anything else and the response was no just what's there. Ok no problem I added a bottle of wine to my door dash order. The bathroom was just gross! There was rust all over the metal area of the sink frame, a random piece of metal on the floor that was probably a cover for something else, a clump of hair that looks like it was from when they mopped and didn't pick up. The shampoo in the shower was empty, water was barely warm and the sink was clogged and barely drained. Very disappointed as Hilton is my chain of choice and normally the experience is much better than this one.

Not very friendly, rooms were definitely not worth the money.And they charge almost 80.00 to bring your ? dog. ridiculous.All the other Hilton hotels didn't change tht much.for one night was 328.00.and no free breakfast when the lady who checked us in said there was. 30.00 for one person to eat eggs , sausage and pancakes.and water to drink.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The employees certainly have high customer service standards. May I say Sharonda is the best? The hotel is so quiet; I did not hear any other person on the floor.Close to nearby shopping.Nearby activities: Shopping is across the street. I would not walk across the street, driving is recommended.

Hotel is ok. Beautiful but not the cleanest. I would agree with other reviews that the bathroom in our room was dirty. You can just tell by dust in the corners and dust and dirt on the bottom of the vanity; that they could use a deep clean. We were disappointed to see that breakfast is almost $14 a person. Gone are the days I guess where breakfast is included with your stay.

Nice clean hotel. Great sheets and good bed. Room was large and open. Only advice is to stay in a even number room away from the interstate. It was very loud and woke me up often.

This hotel was another first and is beautiful inside and rather comfy. I arrived earlier than planned, but the staff made arrangements for me and were super nice. The room is one that I can't rate a 5 as the bathroom floor needs cleaning from dust buildup as well as the sink faucets. The shower gel was empty, the fridge unplugged, the room temp was on 60, and only 1 washcloth was left. Everything else was super! Will definitely revisit if I return to Jackson!

The rooms were not up to date for the price. The room door took all my power to close. Housekeeping was super rude and said they didn’t have any extra towels. There was a dog howling throughout the night. There are residents that LIVE at the hotel.

I stay here at least a couple times a year for business travel and it feels as though the quality and service has dropped over the last 2 years. It isn't as clean as it has been in the past.The desk in my room still had some sticky residue on one of the top edges from what looked to be food.The bathroom looked okay, but the body wash dispenser was completely empty.I had ordered pick up from the bar, which I thought was going to be the quickest option. I was wrong, it took nearly any hour for food to come out, despite there only being a few open orders. The staff was very friendly, but I don't understand why it took so long for a simple order. Breakfast was faster and good.Other food locations are within walking distance and if I return, I'll be walking over to Texas Roadhouse or somewhere else for dinner.The car chargers worked fine, which is a big reason why I choose to stay at this particular hotel. I'm a bit disappointed if this is the new standard since this is a brand that's supposed to be more on the upscale side of Hilton's brand.

We checked in around 9pm with the self-check in on the Hilton Honors app. Our first assigned room had the door lock open and the door was open. We walked in to an overwhelming smell of marijuana. We were reassigned a room fairly easily but the next room had some damaged light fixtures and the shampoo in the shower was completely empty.We purchased the breakfast option online and the server at breakfast acted as if she had never heard of that option then couldn’t tell us what was included with it. We weren’t charged anything additional but it was just a strange experience.Overall not a great value for a Hilton Garden Inn.
