Mice were all in our stuff. I wouldn’t recommend this storage unit in Jackson. We took another load to the U-Haul storage and it was clean as a pin and they had mice traps in each unit. The unit at Highway 45 bypass is convenient but it’s certainly not a clean unit. We had to throw away lots of our stuff because of the mice.

I used them for more than 3 years I wouldn't use no one else but 45 bypass storage my property is very trusted in there units thanks for allowing me the chance to use well kept up and protected units

I left one star because I don't think zero is an option. I have rented from them since June. I have always paid early and paid for the insurance they required. Somewhere along the line their building developed a leak in the roof. Destroying all of mine, my husband's and my two kids belongings. I sent them pictures of the damage as soon as I realized what was going on. I was told they weren't responsible and that the insurance I paid for didn't cover it either. Now I am out thousands of dollars for their neglect and no way to recover any of it.

We bought a storage unit there didn't have any problems our stuff stayed safe after we purchased it very friendly staff

My mother got a storage unit here so after she passed we went to clean up and discovered there is black mold. We moved stuff and seen that we all are in awe. That means they are not caring for the storage they are just taking your money.

just moved too the area I’ve been looking at all different types of storage areas and I have too say this place has the nicest people ever , I spoke with somebody named Jessica very helpful
