My insurance company told me that they had reserved a car for me but when I arrived Hertz had not received the request Because no cars were available they leased the company car to me They went out of the way to ensure that I had a car so I will definitely use them again Also they were very friendly and accommodating Thanks ?

This is located at the Medford airport, in the baggage claim area. The staff are friendly and helpful. You may have a bit of a walk to locate the parking spot for the rental, but if you press the keyfib as you're walking along, it will make it easier to find. Hang on to your rental contract, as they may not be in when you turn in your rental. If that's the case, they have key and contract dropslot for you to use.

I really wish I had the option to score no stars. This particular branch of the company is unprofessional. They’re operation hours state open when the establishment is said to be closed. I was treated unfairly for reasons I won’t say. Be AWARE when trying to rent a car from this branch. The ‘OWNER’ will badger you with questions, and if your answers don’t satisfy her; she will not allow you to rent ‘HER’ car. My car is being fixed, and she kept asking where is my car. After I answered her politely I was treated like a criminal. Don’t waste your time here.

Should be negative stars. Rude customer service and yelled at us for a miscommunication. Stay far far away. Rates are out of sight as well

Terrible customer service. Came in from a long day from VA to GA to TN. Storms delayed flight and office was closed by the time i reached Hertz counter. I had called numerous times with no answer then called main Hertz customer service number and was told an agent would make sure I got a car for the weekend. The agent requested I sign the contract without going over it and the rates. When I asked the agent a question about my rates, he became irate, cursing, saying it was after hours and he had to come back and he was tired. He cursed, threw a pencil, trashed the paper he asked me to sign, cut lights out and left us standing with no transportation. Stranded after catching my first flight out of Richmond at 5:30 am. Talked to owner and she was as nasty as the rep and hung up on me. Sided with her son the rep and did not listen to me or witnesses to the incident.

Can't compliment highly enough. We needed a vehicle on Saturday - when their office is ordinarily closed. I was able to reach the local agent, Christy, and she agreed to come in from her home to help us out. Two grandsons had to get on their way to Wyoming to meet up with family for a vacation. Christy's actions allowed them to get on the road and make the trip. Her personal service cannot be overemphasized. THANKS !!

Very helpful to get you into a car, but poorly run inspections. The lady who runs this put in a claim against my insurance to pay for damage that was on the vehicle prior to my taking possession. INSPECT THE ENTIRE VEHICLE YOURSELF before you sign. Do not let her inspect the inside. I was not given the opportunity to inspect the inside of the vehicle before I signed and she made the claim for a damaged windshield and there is nothing that I can do about it. I could not contact her. I originally left them a VM that she claims she claims she did not get. Then her telephone line was not set up for VM so I could not contact them again. I finally contacted Hertz directly and they gave her a message. Very difficult to deal with in a negative situation. No customer service. She is the only one that is right. No compromise. If you can avoid it, do not rent here.

10/10 do NOT recommend Hertz for your rental car needs. I paid OOP for a rental car in the amount of 517.00 for 10 days at 100 m/per day. Insurance ended up saying they were going to cover at 100%. Cindy, Cyndi, whatever her name is who claims to be the owner called me and told me that my insurance wasn’t going to pay and that I needed to give her another card since the one she’s been trying to run (without my knowledge) a payment on wasn’t working, or return the car by 5 pm. Turns out she was wrong after speaking to her son, who I primarily dealt with at this location. Everything was fine after that up until I returned the car and the refund that I was issued and received a week later was not my payment in full. It was about 90 something dollars short. So I called TJ asking him if I had done something wrong and he said he would look at it and call me back, that he was sure it was his fault and all that. He didn’t call me back, his mother Cindy, Cyndi, whatever did. Disrespectfully** she is the worst business owner I have ever encountered. I was told by her son that for sure I would get my money back in full. I was told by her it was taxes and I’d have to get it back from my insurance. Which doesn’t make any sense what so ever. The run around you get from miscommunication and not being on the same page between employees/owners is enough to give someone a nervous breakdown. You want a rental car, enterprise is the place to go. And I would have went had they had something that day for me. Don’t get caught up in hertz and what feels like a straight up con to me.

Another person's rather uncooperative insurance company took care of my rental expenses. The insurance company was not wanting to pay the full amount, and the employees there were helpful with pushing it through for me.
