If I could give this Hotel a zero I would. I am a retired Vet and I worked at this hotel in Jacksonville FL. I did not go through to a third party. I am in a wheelchair. Specifically asked for an accessible room. They put me on the 7th floor. Then finally moved me. Then there was no chair. Then When I got it, it broke. The General Manager said that this is the worst hotel she has worked at. I had no toilet paper so the lady in the did food placed some in my room. My trash was never taken in either room. When my room was changed, I had no new towels (neither did a few people who came to the desk. Then I had no light bulbs and told the staff When I came back still no light bulbs. There was so much wrong. ALL hotels have emergency strings. Not them. The alarm went off at 9pom. I have a Masers in HR and SHRM and Certified in Hospitality and Lodging. I told her my issues and I was going to write a review. She replied do what you want. She blamed the staff. That means she doesn’t take accountability. Leadership starts at the top so she’s to blame. Lastly, I was given 1000 points as a sorry. They don’t have to worry about me again. Do better. For my $500. 1000 points is nothing.Accountability and Leadership are lacking. GM bashes staff

This Hotel has went down since me and my family first stayed in 2017! I had 2 rooms booked for 3 days this passed weekend. The first room had no curtains and just a piece of a shade that was completely see thru day and night time asked about it and was told a blanket could be hung up it was giving to my 8 year old neice and my sister had to hang it up the best she could there was a broke soket that didn't work and in my second room the chair at the desk was filthy and also the shower was dirty!. I chose this hotel because it's not very far from my relatives house. The rooms are definitely not worth the rates that are being charged!! We will not be returning to this hotel our next trip back to Jackson!. I overheard a man being charged $230.00 for a room I'm sure when he got to his room he was not satisfied!!Wish I could post pictures I have!!!

Arrived last week and thought it was going to be a good time. We got there and the staff was awesome and the lobby was above average. We got to the room and it was clean till we found a family of Bedbugs under one of the beds

Jasmine greeted us at the desk. We asked for a place to eat & her suggestion of Crown Winery was on point. Just what we needed after a long drive. Hotel was clean & quiet. Water was hot for a good shower. Food was a little over salted @ breakfast. Saw a family of deer out by the parking lot.

The toilet was dirty. Like black mildew under the rim. Wasn't looking to try and find yuck. I bent down to pick up something, and I saw it. The soap dish was cracked, and I removed the cracked part so it wouldn't fall and shatter in the shower. That just exposed the sharp edges. Breakfast was good. Very nice ppl at the desk.

We love staying at Hamptons. Always clean, great service, good breakfast. Curiously, this hotel had biscuits without gravy, and did not have bagels or English muffins at breakfast. The selection was otherwise very good. There was an issue with the window shade (wouldn't open), but that didn't bother us, so we asked them not to fix it.

It was Halloween night and we were traveling with our grandson who we promised to take trick-or-treating. He had given up trick-or-treating with his friends to go cross country with us (my daughter and son-in-law are moving their family across the country). I looked online and found everything already done the week before. In desperation, I called the hotel to see if they were doing anything Halloweenish for guests. The answer was no but Jasmine at the front desk told me she'd look around and find something. When we got there, she had a list of places to go with our grandson to trick or treat. He got to don his costume and ended up with a bagful of candy and was a happy boy. Above and beyond!

Have stayed at this hotel several times, totalling about 40+ days. Stayed there in Aug and Sept 2023, and the evening front desk person has got to be the most unfriendliest person ever. In Aug, i tried checking in and she was tapping her ear to answer her cell phone & talking to someone while I'm trying to check in. In Sept, i was there again and the same thing. Horrendous service. NEVER AGAIN...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

In 40 years of travel, I've never encountered a staff member in the hospitality industry so incapable of the basics. No welcoming greeting upon arrival, whining about system daily closeout and how 'we just got there in time before he did that (guests don't care about your systems or the processes of your duties...nothing we need to know), didn't inform of breakfast hours, then when after checking in...going to the room and checking the app...I came back down and he was unable to explain the difference in price being charged vs what the Hilton app said would be charged. Then threated to cancel my reservation and kick us out of the hotel when I voiced annoyance and concern about the difference. I would have left at that moment except it was very late, we had been on the road for 11 hours and being up for 21 hours straight, my kid already was asleep as soon as he laid down. But because of the inept employee I cancelled the other two nights of our stay...you don't deserve my money after that type of interaction.Update post owner response: After reading the bulk of reviews I expected nothing less that a form letter response with little to truly feel that the issue WAS going to be taken seriously. And for that expection I had...I must say they met that expectation.

I had an adult bed bug in my bed and was bitten twice. The front desk clerk was friendly and moved me immediately. I did not hear back from the GM until 2 days for her to tell me I had a beetle in my bed not a bed bug and they checked room and it was ok. No offer to give me points or any consolations but told me I was incorrect with my analysis of the bug which was an adult bed bug.Her issue was protecting her property’s positive reviews versus customer concern. I advised my team I was driving to never stay there again.1st pic: Actual Bug on my pillow 2nd pic: Picture of an adult bed bug, see resemblance?. 3rd pic Broken smoke detector/fire dept violationNoteworthy details: If the manager didn’t insult my intelligence and ability to find a picture of the exact bug I may have chose a different review.

Great experience! The front desk clerk, Jasmine, was so helpful and friendly. Great attitude! Another worker, a man, helped my family by pointing out an easy area to park with our U-haul trailers. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice! Various coffees and hot tea options to choose from, steam trays of eggs, ham, potatoes. Waffle bar, pastries, yogurt, toast. Accomodating hotel for dog owners too. Was a $75 pet fee, fyi. No weight limit. Mowed field next door great for walking dogs. Easy access right off I-40. Gas station nearby. Supposedly construction was occurring but nothing I could see. Very quiet location. Zero complaints!
