We had insurance with Hall Insurance, and they had us paying for a policy. They were not reporting it to the insurance company we had the policy through, which resulted in it being put on our credit report as a collection. I do not recommend the insurance company.

I recently experienced a loss which shook me up greatly. Due to a paperwork mix up the claim was denied. Caroline to the rescue! Due to Caroline's hard work the claim was corrected and my family and I are grateful to have a good relationship with this hard working agency. I trust Hall Insurance with my home, Auto and all insurance needs. Thank you great work and keep up the good work!

Hall has been my family's insurance provider for decades. They provide a variety of plans, value, and have always had wonderful customer service. They've insured my home and autos and have looked for the best plans for my needs!

Hall Insurance will be there when you need them the most. It doesn't matter if it's your home or car Hall Insurance won't throw you under the bus like other insurance companies. The others want your money until you need them. Then as soon as you need them, they don't want your business any more.

Hall Insurance has been extremely friendly and easy to work with. I have all of my insurance with this company and they have excelled in customer service and competitive pricing. I find it hard to believe anyone had an unfriendly experience with any employee with this company.

This is a very good and compassionate company that goes over and beyond to take care of their customers needs. I have been with this company for over fifteen years and they have always showed me professionalism. They answer all your questions and respond back to you in a very timely manner. The agents are very nice, kind, understanding and most of all patient. I highly recommend Hall Insurance Agency to anyone looking for a very good insurance company.

I have been a customer of Hall Insurance for more than 16 years for my homeowners and auto coverage. Their customer service has always been great with a quick turnaround time during the claim process. They are always willing to compete on any agency's quote with matching coverage. I would recommend Hall insurance to anyone, and have referred several of my friends to this agency who have all been pleased!

This company needs to learn customer service. There are more friendly and helpful agents in the area that can serve you better.
