The man at this place cut my hair, and it is hands down the WORST haircut I've ever had. I told him to cut no more than 2 inches off and that I wanted long layers. This man cut at least 6 inches off of my hair, and the long layers resemble something of a mullet. My hair was half way down my back!!

The last time I came to this location was over a year ago, and I remember why I didn't come back until after my haircut yesterday. I don't recommend this location if you are trying to get anything but a buzz cut.
I told the stylist not to touch the top and to clean up the back of my head and the wing tips. 4 months of growing my hair out have been wasted. The haircut I got is a nice style, but it's not what I wanted. The stylist did not follow my instructions and took inches off the top anyway.
I won't be spending my money at this location ever again. I will literally drive out of my way for the haircut I want because this was the closest hair salon to me, but I can't trust them to follow instructions.

Christal at West Town Commons always does a great job. We’ve been pleased with Great Clips for years. They’re always nice and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This was a horrible experience for my son. The man that cut his hair made him cry tears like I have never seen my son cry from a haircut. He had a horrible attitude and spoke so hateful and harsh to my son. In the middle of it another man just simply asked how long and he was so hateful with the response that the guy cussed and left. I would not recommend this company for kid cuts.

I usually try to only use one stylist...she's moved on. I was really glad I gave Nichole a chance. She did a GREAT JOB! Usually, haircuts trigger a migraine so I try to avoid them at all costs....she was fast, professional, caring and is very capable cutting natural curly hair.

I only go to this Great Clips for my hair. The stylists are awesome, they always get my hair exactly how I want it, and the wait is never long. Ashley in particular is just the best. ???

Stylist notes below. Never going back to this location again. Training and service is NON EXISTENT! It was lucky to get the cut that I could accept.
Stylist: Shronda was ignorant, didn't listen to me at all, and asked me if she was aggravating me. I had to YELL at her to get understanding about my cut, she was clumsy, and her tools weren't clean!

I just had my hair done at sports clips, and the girl did a bad job. I even asked her to trim it more, but didn’t want to because it was almost closing time. I paid 25 dollars plus 10 dollar tip. I get to the car, and my hair was bad. I Googled haircut places and the only one open was Great Clips. I rush because they have an hour til they close. There were a few people in there, but they were knocking them out. Every cut looked great which made me feel more comfortable that they can fix my hair. It’s my turn, and I get Shannon. I take my baseball cap out, and I told her if she could fix my hair. We both had a laugh and talked through it. Shannon was cutting my hair , and the haircut was taking shape just how I like it. She didn’t even take long and made my hair look 10 thousand times better. Shannon thank you so much and you have my business. If anyone else is looking for an amazing haircut this is the place. Once again, I cannot thank Shannon enough. See you again for my next haircut.
