We were on the road heading home from a long family driving trip, and our check engine light came on and the car started shaking. We made it a few exits into Jackson TN and Firestone turned us away, so we came across the street to Goodyear. Denise at the front desk was so sweet and the repairman were wonderful! They took care of us even though it was close to closing on a Saturday and made sure we weren't stranded all weekend with kids and no car. I highly recommend this Jackson TN location! They are friendly, super fast, and care about their customers. Thank you so much!

Bought $1500 of new tires for my truck, tire sensor went out after they did work. Brought it back in and they won’t cover the sensor they busted. Also got road hazard on tires, but they try to act like they don’t have any information on it. Used love this place & trusted them but this service manager I just met seems crooked, he’d make a used car dealer blush

Took my car light bolt was flashing on the dashboard they did serve I didn't ask for light came on before l made it home they had closed next morning l took it back they never fixed the problem they over charged me and my daughter 998 dollars l will never go back to them

Found myself in a bind and on short notice with a screw in my tire. They fixed it quickly and didn’t charge me a cent. Unbelievable blessing!

I had the best experience today at the Jackson TN location today. I had a flat tire on the interstate and just pulled into the Goodyear without an appointment. The manager was incredibly pleasant and helpful as well as the technician who replaced the tire. Is was the best service I've received at any business this year.

Can't say enough good things about this business. My family broke down stranded here in Tennessee and good year wejt above and beyond for us. They treated us like family. Place of business is welcoming and our truck came out as if it was brand new. The manager is on point and amazing costumer service. Thank you again

We were on the way back home from Tennessee to go to florida. Along the way we had a problem with our water pump leaking antifreeze. We went to Goodyear and they got us back on the road in a couple hours when anywhere else would’ve had it done the next day. They really put themselves in our shoes and gave us the best care we could ask for. If yall ever have a problem we recommend taking it to this Goodyear.

Kevin& Jamie took great care of me came in last minute like an hour before they closed and they took care of me. No problems. They was awesome. We’ll be coming back from now on to get my oil changes
