Just wanna start off by saying they do great work but horrible customer service and communication. Left my car there on Monday which they said to do and it will be done same day. 3 days later finally getting my car back. Each day I called they promised it well be done that day, unfortunately they don’t hold accountability didn’t even offer a discount or coupon to win me back over as a customer. Sad to say I won’t going back there again. Nor recommend it

My truck was sagging in the back whenever I had a load or pulled a trailer. New air shocks took care of the problem. Dropped it off in the morning and it was ready by mid afternoon. Their shuttle service took me home and later picked me up when my truck was ready.

I had trouble getting my 2007 ES 350 Lexus to start. So I called Golden Circle Tire and Service in Jackson TN. Brain the representative helped me with my concern. Not sure of the mechanic's name. It was the starter, they replaced it, called me and said your car is ready. Whatever else they did the lights that illuminated on the dashboard are gone. Thanks Brian and the mechanic. I most definitely will be back. The atmosphere was very pleasant very clean and friendly employees.
