Broke down with a flat tire today, called these guys and was not disappointed. The guys came out quick, they were super friendly, had an issue where they had to tow me back to the shop, once we got there they had my truck fixed up and back on the road very quickly. Price was extremely fair as well, if I ever have an issue in the Jackson area again they will be the first ones I call.

I highly recommend this place to any an everybody!! Reasonable Prices w fast service cuz they don't mess around, they get it done an done right!! I know this is My only place wen I need tires!! Even the staff was kind an curtious!

Took a tire there and got a $10 Valve stem replacement done. No complaints. It's not a flashy place but the work is top notch in my opinion.

Well, my battery went dead at kroger and I called and the lady that answered was rude as can be. She then said it would be 45min. After 45 min I called back and she's still rude and she says it will be another 45 mins. I said should I call someone else, because I'm not waiting another 45mins. She said no, he's almost done then he will be right there. 10 mins later he was there. She was so very rude. You need better customer service!! Never calling them again. Oh, and $100 for a literally 5 second jump. He wasn't with me but 2 mins total. Rediculous.....

During the snow, they were charging 125. 130 if paying with a card. I needed their service so I went on and got it knowing I would be fully reimbursed by my insurance. I just thought that was too high and with them knowing the situation, they were getting over. Would not have seemed their services if I weren’t in dire need. Had I not been in such a need, I most DEFINITELY would have not gone with them!!

Gene's has been around for many years, and they have always been ready to help and even go that extra bit if needed. (J-town roads are the worst, but thank goodness they are working on them.) 4:45 dwn town had flat, called Gene's, (closes at 5) " we will wait if you can get here. Ever been in 5 o'clock dwn town traffic in j-town(my pet name for Jackson, born/raised) and needing to go 15miles north. Yea desperation set in but called half way to let them know still on the way. Yes 2mins till 5pm and yes they were there and repaired the tire. I have purchased 6 tires in 3 years since I returned to j-town. Thank you Gene's for always being there when needed.
