Had a car accident Friday evening, and my truck had to be towed away, so I googled a towing company near me and this company pulled up, so I called the number and tried to tell this gentleman where my location were at, I’m not familiar with Jackson tn so I was unsure, these really nice ladies stop and helped me and told him where we were located, he pulled up in no time, was really kind to me, he pulled my truck up on the towing truck and gave me a ride to the towing lot, I think his name was gator, so thank you sir for being so kind and being a great help to me, will recommend others to you in the future, thanks for doing a great job!!!!Service: Car towing

Completely unprofessional! Will cuss you because you also work. Will belittle and talk down to you like a dog! The owner is complete GARBAGE! Definitely don’t recommend him!

I got my vehicle towed last week and these people messed my drive shaft up on my truck! I called and talked to owner! He cursed me out over the phone! These people do not care about your vehicle! I do not recommend this towing company because they are unprofessional, and I will be getting my lawyer involve with them! Please do not use these people because they are not reliable! This is my worse experience with a towing company!Service: Car towing

My husband and I stopped to look at a car they had for sale. My husband spoke with the lady inside who gave him some information about the car and the key to test drive it. We were scared we would run out of gas going to the gas station that was 50 ft away but wanted to get gas so we could check out how the vehicle drove. After we had to put gas in the car to even be able to drive it down the road some lunatic pulled up beside us in traffic honking his horn and yelling. My husband rolled down the window and this guy yelled "Who are you? You're driving a car off of my lot without permission." My husband said "Your secretary gave me the key!" The guy said "I didn't know anything about it." Ok paranoid. You can keep that car if that is ANY indication of how doing business with you would be. Hard pass from me.

Thieves towed a car without any paperwork robbed me and damaged the car this place needs to be shut down this was meant for the Milan location but they are so shady theirs doesn’t show up and Jackson and Milan gave me the run around about where they took the car they basically stole …..so beware of this company

AWFUL!! One of the reviews someone left took the words right out of my mouth so I'm pasting what he said.This place is so unprofessional and the rudest staff I have seen in a business. I’m not one to give a negative review and this is honestly the first negative review I have given but this place deserves it big time. The positive reviews of this place have to be orchestrated by the company . If you can help it don’t give this company your money. I was using their Intoxalock calibration service but after the service I was provided today they will no longer get my business logistically convenient or not.I'd like to also add that one of the guys was extremely rude to my daughter when all she was doing was picking up a receipt of services for me. I would highly recommend not using this business.Switched service centers today. I'll drive to Jackson before giving those people any more of my money!!

They never showed up after being stranded. I called at 3 with a eta of 525pm and they never showed up. Customer service was horrible. Had to cancel and contact another provider through insurance company

GATOR TOWING STAFF OF MILAN ARE THE WORST !!!! This company tried to falsely repo our company car because the tow truck driver can’t read a vin, license plate nor can he talk clearly on the phone. BEWARE!
