Sales person was great. But when getting delivered just know that it won't be delivered when you need it, it will be delivered on their time. We were told to give 3-4 days notice when we needed it bc we were in the middle of buying a home. So I called 5 days in advance and was basically told it can only be delivered when they come to our location. That's not what we were told and it's caused a big inconvience due to floor remodel and me having to leave work bc I'm expected to work around their schedule. I paid an extra $150 for delivery. Better off picking up yourself and saving your money. Spent quite a bit of money on furniture and I'm sure this will be the first and last time for me.

Loved this huge furniture warehouse! So many great pieces of furniture for every room in the house. I adore the dresser I purchased and I definitely plan to go back for a few more items. My Mom and I have shopped at every single furniture store in Jackson. Furniture World Discount had a huge variety of everything to shop for with excellent discounts!! Highly Recommended if you are looking for a bargain with the way the economy is today.

My son and his wife went to Furniture World in search of furniture for their new home. What a mistake that was. They ended up purchasing 4300 worth of furniture. When finding out their new couch was too large for their space. They tried to get a refund while the couch still sat on the showroom floor. The manager refused even to listen to my son, instigated an argument, and then kicked him out of the store. The couch is still sitting at the store. Is future business worth that? I will never go there and hope everyone who reads this shares my concordance. Good luck if you dont.

Brooke H greeted us upon arrival. We browsed the entire store before she popped back in to check on us- which is exactly what we prefer. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured. She helped us quickly and was very knowledgeable. She had us rang up and put the door in less than 15 minutes once we decided what we wished to purchase. 1 week later our items were delivered. The guys were nice and unloaded and assembled our furniture quickly. Our experience was so pleasant and we will shop here again!

We were moving from Virginia to Texas in search of a couch along the way, saw the billboard, and ended up leaving with a great affordable couch and a new dining room set. Friendly and welcoming staff made ended up making our day. Even the guys from the warehouse were nice enough to help fit the furniture in the back of our moving truck without interfering with what else we already had loaded. Great experience overall. I definitely recommend this spot for your discount furniture needs.
