Honestly, the staff at this branch are UPTIGHT.. No smile, just tense. Never had a great experience and dread going inside. I am a customer coming to make a transaction from my account, and it takes the teller 10 minutes to verify, like it's my money. Judgemental atmosphere . I just say Jesus Jesus!

I used to deal at this bank this branch in particular. Over the past year, there has been consistent discrepancies most of which were rectified. They were not on my end. Today I watched them talk down to an elderly lady. Like she was dirt! I know this lady, she is my mother. And to say the least, I was livid. So I stepped in to see if I could help. She had her bank register showing all her purchases and what she should have in the account. They told her that that didn't matter that she needs to learn to balance her checkbook and they didn't make mistakes. 2 different office personnel gotten involved. The woman was the rudest of all and talk to my mother like she didn't think she even should be existing. That is how derogatory she was. I ultimately closed my account that I was going to leave open for another month. Until I got my new bank established closer to my location. But I decided at that point. It was time to shut the account down. I was not going to do business with someone like that. I have gotten my mother to open an account. Elsewhere and no longer do business with Them either period I would not recommend this bank primarily this branch to anyone if I could do a negative on the stars I would. They don't even deserve one star after the way they talk to her. And if corporate wants me to change this review, sorry, I'm not going to. I'm not changing my opinion on how I feel about how my family was treated. And it's Not the first time I've heard them talk down to somebody. However, this time it was personal because it was my mother and I had a right to step in. We have done the business with that company. Since 2014, almost a decade and the customer service level has plummeted over the past year. There are certain big box stores that have better customer service, and that's a stretch. Today was the final straw and they lost 2 customers as a result. And quite frankly, they need to lose a whole lot more.

Made a cash deposit at their ATM. Atm didn't credit account. Made a dispute. It's going to take three days to resolve. We have to be out of money for three days because of something on their end. Unacceptable.

Closed at 4pm on a normal weekday. Ridiculous. One more thing fracturing my relationship with my bank of 32 years. Have they grown too big through aquisitions and mergers? I miss First TN.

They don't protect your money. My wife had her banking info stollen and we lost our whole pay check. We reported it to the police. Instead of helping they put our account in the negative, then froze our account. Do not use!!!
