Hello my name is Cynthia and I went to Firestone on 11/5 for a check engine light. I was advised several hours later that my oil pressure sensor had malfunctioned and needed to be replaced, an oil change, $100 charge for them finding the problem. Fast forward almost months later 1/30 my check engine light comes on and it reads at auto zone the oil pressure sensor and there is no oil reading on the stick which is scary because the oil change is not even 3 months old. Looking at the receipt given to me on 11/5 it states that the coolant temperature sensor was replaced and not the oil pressure sensor. Also it stated that i refused the tuneup and I was never advised that I needed one. I am needing a resolution fast as I went for one thing and according to the receipt something else I had no knowledge of was done. What did I pay for? Was my oil actually changed?

I went to Firestone AutoCare on north highland in Jackson,Tn for a oil change.now my rear doors want unlock and my seat want stay in my desired position. This is the second incident the first I went to get my tires checked and ended up with a oil change and they used the wrong oil. I have been a customer for 20 plus years want be going back.

Communication isn't that great here, a lot of things aren't made very clear. You'll come in for one thing and then there's supposedly more things wrong with your vehicle. I got the impression they were just looking for things to be wrong so they can get you for more money. The mechanics aren't the best either, they seem to cut a lot of corners, especially if it's an hour before they close.. And lastly, the cost of their parts and labor is outrageous. I paid $500 just for an alignment and fluid flush and then another $250 for a new battery with a $50 labor charge just to pull the old battery out and install a new one. Most people are honestly better off doing it themselves. Especially if it's a relatively minor or simple repair like replacing parts. I was a first time customer and figured I'd give them a shot. I just didn't get a very good impression with this place. Even after spending around $700. All in all, I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

They told me I needed a heater core it was fogging up the window and no leaking in the floorboard not running hot either took it to a auto place out south Jackson only thing I needed was a hotter thermostat

Can you give ZERO stars???Online appointment system did not work so we went in at our appointment time and had no appointment. If you try to use the online system you better call too. Asked them to rotate tires....they forgot... Not going back...

I had originally gave this firestone 5 stars but now I'd give it zero stars if I could! TWICE they hand tightened my drain plug and ALL my oil leaked out over the course of a few weeks. This 2nd time it happened i Didn't go back to firestone I ended up going to Meineke and their mechanic said he unscrewed the drain pluf with ease and no force. To top it all off they sold me a dud interstate battery and refuse to replace it even though I have a year left on my 24 month warranty. Would not recommend going here.

I made an appointment through the app th have a Vehicle inspection done on my truck that I just bought. The app said after a day that it was scheduled for 9am so I rearrange my work schedule so I could be there but when I arrived the counter person said that he already had a 9 o'clock appointment and I would have gotten an email saying it was scheduled but I didn't get anything nothing saying it couldn't be scheduled either way he said he could fit me in if I wanted to wait for hours they should have notified me if they couldn't make the appointment so I could have made it for another day or time. They have lost my TRUST and that's everything in an auto shop. Called corporate and to make a complaint about the issue I had then a few hours later I got a call from who I assumed was the manager he left a message wanting me to make another appointment and didn't even apologize for the issue not very professional.

I hit a pothole on I-40 East bound as the snow storm was melting. It blew out both Driver side tires. The service technician was very kind and explained that the rim on the rear was done. It was obvious. They walked me through every step and even helped me out at the register due to the emergency situation. They were the only ones open on Sunday and got me back on the road when everyone else told me it would be several days. I'm very grateful. Thank you!

This location is a joke. Never in a hurry to help and terrible communication. They had my vehicle for 9 days for a fuel pump!! Tried charging almost $1k for it, then they finally offered a normal human price. They didn't care that I was a single mom with two kids that needed to go to school and be fed. They didn't care that I had to pay for a rental car out of my own pocket due to their negligence. Very dissatisfied, even after giving them a second chance, never AGAIN!

Ms.tasha was cool at first because she was able to get me and my son's car in for a appointment on a Saturday but they kept my son's car overnight and come Sunday she told me that all he needed was a thermostat idk how long that takes on a 2011 impala but pretty sure it doesn't take all day and now they are closed and I have to go to work tomorrow(7am-6:30pm) and don't know how he is going to get his car! Talk about inconvenient
