I had a low tire and took my vehicle in to have it checked out. I was told that my rim was bent which was causing the leak. I purchased a new rim (wrong size, my mistake) and took it back to have the rim installed and have an inspection done on the car. I was told the oil dipstick was "stuck" so they couldn't check it. My husband immediately popped the hood and pulled it straight out. Long story short, I was told I needed nearly $7000 in maintenance/repairs. Fast forward, a new rim in the correct size was ordered and I decided to take it somewhere else. Guess what, the rim was NEVER THE PROBLEM! IF my car needs that much maintenance, I definitely wouldn't trust it in the hands of a company that can't pull a dipstick or correctly diagnose a tire problem.

Just got my two tires changed and the other two rotated went straight home from there after they had my car up on 3 different lifts and almost a 3 hour wait time when I had an appointment then the next morning my front two tires that had been rotated are completely flat

Took vehicle there for brakes and rotors and and inspection they changed but didn't make sure everything was fine afterwards because it started vibrating hard shaking the whole vehicle at 60 mph and going through person compartments when inside the vehicle and left oil and grease all over person items in cup holder and console on the doors and everything do not recommend this place for anyone customer service is terrible

Was amazing. Worked me in early because two of their appointments no-showed. Only suggestion I have is they have fridge with complementary water like the Vann location.

So first of all I'm 8 months pregnant. Left work and my car alerted me that my tire had 10 PSI in it so I headed over here to get a patch or replacement. I arrived over an hour before they closed nearly on flat and was turned away due to too busy the guy said. I explained I lived over an hour away and was nervous it would blow out on the way home, he didn't even offer to air my tire up or anything. What's wrong with people these days? Sent me packing with a flat tire, just thought people would like to know how they are as human beings here....

Sent my elderly father over for a simple flat tire repair. The technician said the tire could not be repaired and charged $13.00 to put on the spare tire. My father was quoted $300 for a new tire. I told my dad to take the tire to Discount Tires. The tire was vulcanized and it back on the car. Firestone = shame! What kind of techs mislead senior citizens.Service: Tires

Horrible attitudes and disrespectful. Needed 2 trailer tires, guy said they had them and would get me shortly. An hour later, he says we can't do it because we thought it was the outside tire on trailer not the inside, you have to take them both off anyway and they are both on the same size wheels. Then he says, well we can't take a jack outside the building. Should have told me this before making me sit for an hour. Went across the street and they did it in 10 minutes.

Back to doing oil changes myself. I figured I’d let them do my first oil change on my new truck being right next door to where I work. Even the counter guy I talked to knew I worked for Firestone for years before. My metal skid plate screws weren’t even tightened and I had oil all over the bottom of my truck and filter. Take some pride in your work and clean up your mess. Re did it myself just to make sure it’s all good. Probably my last trip to a Firestone.

Mom took her Avalon in for a simple tire rotation, nothing else. I do all of her maintenance for this reason: couple weeks later I checked her oil, it’s 2 quarts over full… they over filled her oil by 2 quarts, did not want them to check that, I understand it may be protocol, but 2 quarts over fill, trying to destroy peoples cars they work hard to pay for?? NEVER AGAIN. Looks like I’ll be doing the rotations as well.

I made an appointment on Wednesday at 11 am on 7/27/22. I called to confirm that it was dropped and to leave me a voicemail once it was looked at. I was told it would be looked at in a little while and would receive call back. Heard nothing. Called Thursday afternoon and was told they were very busy and booked out for the whole week. Which I replied okay I had an appointment yesterday and could have been told at that time that it maybe a little wait for being overbooked. So they stated they would call once it was looked at that day, but again I heard nothing from them. Instead I received a phone call from The Jackson Police Department that my catalytic converter was stolen. Not a pleasant call or feeling. After speaking with JPD, I called and was told they did try calling me but it went to voicemail. No voicemails or missed calls were left. Especially after I advise them to leave me a voicemail. I work 10 to 11 hrs a day. Not always available to answer, but definitely check voicemails so if I need to step away to make an important call I do. Then to be told there’s no cameras and “We are not responsible for anything in the lot!” I am sorry, but you mean to tell me we drop off our vehicles to a place where they’re not responsible for anything. Straight bull. I’ll never bring another vehicle there. Nor would I recommend anyone bringing their vehicle there. If it wasn’t for my insurance handling everything I would have invested in a lawyer. And to top it off. I was told that I would have to take it to a dealership to see what was wrong with. When I sent someone up there to get pictures for my insurance company, some worker asked that person would I like a diagnostic test be run on it to see what’s wrong with it. How smart does that sound and why would I want one when very expensive parts were stolen while in your care. Hmmm?! I wouldn’t.
