NOT very helpful!! Almost to the point of being rude!.You can not call this business, all calls go somewhere in Olive Branch, MS. I was told they could help me with propane, even talked to a "nice" person on the phone about what to do... then it came time to take my tanks there, so I call ahead to make sure what to do. CAN'T talk to anyone at this location!! Called 4 times on 3 different numbers, all go to the Mississippi location. This lady sounded like she would just as soon as to be anywhere else other that working there. On the 3rd call she Finally agreed to help find someone to help me and placed me on hold, only to come back and hang up on me. NOT very friendly!!I finally found someone else to help me at another business all together... will not waist my time with these folks ever again!!
