Great initial service. I was able to get a car just before a major holiday, which was huge for me. I was treated very well. However, the car I received was damaged underneath and I didn't realize it until I was a significant distance from the dealership but they wanted me to drive it back in that condition or have it towed on my dime. However, after I complained they were willing to send roadside services free of charge. I still was a little unsatisfied when I returned, so they offered a 15% discount on my next rental.

I would like to thank Brennon Murray for his time, professionalism & patience in his explanation of my complaint 7 his efforts to correct them. When I needed further explanation Stetson L. Jones stepped in to help me understand& provided me the same 5-star service as his co worker. I recommend them both as well as Enterprise for any & all your car rental needs.

The staff I had the pleasure of working with were very professional and courteous. The first car we had chosen from our options had a problem with the glove compartment not closing. We were given what I consider an upgrade. Needless to say we were pleased with the Ford Edge we were given. Pick up and turn in was very quick and easy. Ryan Hooper and the sweet lady co-worker, whose name I didn't get, at the Jackson , TN office were great. Thanks for the great experience. Our trip to New Mexico and back went flawlessly.

The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They make the process easy! The only reason I could not rate 5 stars is the vehicles could be cleaner on the inside - console area, cup holders, dash, and windshield. Great store overall!

I rent from Enterprise frequently and its normally a smooth transaction. This time was the complete opposite. I made a reservation for my local store but soon realized I needed to make it a one way rental. I stopped into my store and asked them to help me modify the reservation and was told that I had to call customer service because they couldn’t do it. Attempted call #1 – agent was helpful but we had a terrible connection on her end and she said to hang up and call back. Attempted call #2 – agent adamantly told me the location I wanted to drop off was out of business. I knew from call #1 that wasn’t true but he continued to argue with me and tell me I was wrong. Hung up and called said location and what do you know they are in fact still in business. Attempted call #3 – got another agent who said I could modify to a one way rental but not until I picked the car up on my reservation day. Fast forward to reservation day. Mentioned to 2 employees at my local store that I still wanted to do the one way rental. They verified with each other the car they were giving me was ok to be left at the other location. Get in the car at 10:10 an call customer service to make the change. Attempted call #4 – was very helpful. She made the change but said a request had to be sent to the location that I wanted to leave the car and they would need to approve it. She took my phone number and said they would call. By 11:30 I had not gotten a call or email confirming the change and I knew they closed at 12:00. Attempted call #5 – was sent to escalation this time and the agent said all she could do was send another urgent request for approval. I began to panic because they closed soon and I needed to leave the car on a Sunday when they weren’t open at all and by Monday I would be 3 hours from that location. So I called the drop off location myself at 11:35. I held for a while and then someone picked up and said do you mind holding for a minute. Twice someone would pick up and them place me back on hold. I held for 35 minuets until 12:10 when they picked up and hung on the phone. I guess because it was already past their closing time. Attempted call #6 – called back customer service in tears at this point and finally spoke to someone who actually knew what he was talking about and was told the change to my reservation has to come from the originating location. He apologized and understood my frustrations. I asked for a district manager from both locations to please reach out to me and he understood why. He took my information and put in the request but I have yet to hear from anyone other than this online survey.

Absolutely wonderful experience and A++ customer service!! Ashlyn and Brennon went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% completely satisfied with my rental car and they made the entire process quick and efficient!! Thanks so much guys!! I found out how to get a car rental today. You need to get on the App and sign on to get on line or you won't be getting a car. So I just drove my car. No big deal, but now I know. The lady working at the desk was very nice and she voided my place in line for me. Thank you very much! I'll be back one day, a little smarter!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful while renting a car provided by insurance while our van was being worked on. Upgraded us to a better vehicle and still helped us maintain the daily allotment from our insurance. Small office but eager to help like any major sized Enterprise office.
