We had a great experience at this location. Everyone were so helpful, accommodating and knew their products. We left with a 75in tv, a nice mattress and a washer for $1,600.
When we get good service like this we are always return customers & plan to go back next month to pay off what we owe and buy more things. Prices are unbeatable!
Carol was extremely helpful as was Shaun and another associate that works in electronics but I didn’t get his name.

Randomly stopped in here while out riding motorcycles. I was lucky enough to find some excellent deals. I made a purchase and went the next day to pick it up with my truck. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and informative. I will definitely be glad to drive back there next time we need something all the way from Arlington.

I have zero interest in shopping at this store ever again. When I walked in, the first employee greeted me and asked me if I needed anything. I told him no and that I was just browsing twice. I just recently bought a OLED TV from the Naval base and was planning on grabbing either a surge protector or a UPS along with a mount, but I didn't need help with it. I noticed that the employee who greeted me at the door was at the end of the aisle I was at the first couple places I went. I thought it was weird, but didn't want to assume that he was treating me like a criminal, so I went to several different places around the store, and he followed me to each acting like he was doing things. I decided to leave rather then be treated like a thief and on the way out, the manager, only assuming based on different color uniform and not his professionalism, said "you couldn't find a single thing you wanted in ALL of that," keying me into the fact that he was also watching me. The comment was childish enough that I turned back and told him both of them were weird for treating potential customers like that, and he replied that they were just trying to help. I definitely see now why people turn to places like Amazon in increasingly large numbers instead of getting hounded and treated like criminals by unskilled laborers.

Very disappointed, I bought a dryer.
I've been trying for 3 weeks to get a technician to check it out.
The first time GE told me it was already out of warranty but never the less I can't get a GE technician to fix it or anything done on their side.
Will never be back when this is done
After 5 to 6 weeks this dryer still does not work, even though I'm paying every week for it.
It's now may 20, 2024 and the dryer is still not fixed and they refuse to refund me on this purchase
I've been hearing every excuse and all I've been asking is fix it or give me a refund but Electronic Express will not stand behind their products

I ordered a standup freezer from Jackson Tn. for pickup at Electronic Express. When l got it home and unboxed it, it was beat up badly. The store wasn't helpful and turned over to the online department which at first offered $50 partial refund then said they couldn't offer anything that they made a mistake. They were very rude. They said l would have to haul it back for a refund and said we probably damaged it in transit. DON'T sign anything until you see the product. They will blame damages on you as they did me. They have you sign that you accept item and then they will not help you. It is all to cover there butt as corporate said they have to cover themselves. Very shady company which does shady business.

Wonderful people. Made us feel right at home in the store. I had a issue with a stove and manufacturer gave me the run around but I called this store and they resolved the issue right away. I definitely will be back for more future purchases. Thank you Electronic Express. Their prices was not high at all either.

Jose was awesome! He was patient with my family which has a two year old in the mix and made us all feel welcome. I left with a purchase I am happy with and he was very helpful and knowledgeable in my decision making on the matter. He also helped us load up our purchase which was very much appreciated. We will definitely be back for any electronic wants/needs!!

Went in to Electronic Express in Jackson TN shopping for a gaming monitor. When I found the one I wanted the salesman told me he could only sell me the display model. I asked the return policy for it since I was concerned about it being used, and he told me 7 days. I go to return the item within those 7 days and I am told I cannot return it without a box because “this ain’t Best Buy” and they already put another one on display. So I am forced to keep a monitor I do not want even though I asked about the return policy and was within the guidelines.The salespeople will lie to you in order to close a sale, they are commission based
