Having purchased a Samsung 65 Inch Qled thru Ebay last month. It was delivered brand new and seem to work fine, noticed a small lift on the middle of the screen. I began a dialogue with the seller who kept stalling me (Gears4Less) till finally, I became more than upset and annoyed. He sent me his receipt but it was labeled Electric Outlet!! I called Electric Outlet who explained he used them to cover his warranty's!!!! Very deceptive to say the least. Finally had a Samsung tech come and exam the TV only to say it needed a new panel. No not the fault of the seller but I should have been offered an exchange or my money refunded according to Samsung, Electric Outlet basically told me to go fish. I have since called in the assistance of Ebay and am returning the defective TV for a full refund. Avoid having these issues by not doing business with these devious companies. Thanks for reading.
