the staff here are very lazy! they were supposed to contact my insurance company to see what the holdup was for them receiving the payment. i have called and called and called and they keep saying my name isn’t in the system for anything. they keep having to ask the employee that helped me out who i am. i want to know if you guys are awaiting payment from ME & my company how do you not see ME in the system? every time i call a new team member says the same thing and i have to explain this situation every time! and i always end up on hold for about 15-20 minutes while they go get or call the employee that worked with me to tell them exactly what i just told them. just for me to get off hold and them to tell me they haven’t done their jobs or what they promised to do at least. jackson tn is bs.

I hit a monster pothole today and blew out one of my tires and damaged the rim They tracked down a replacement rim, had it brought in (before I got there). Once I was here they had me out again in no time. AWESOME SERVICE

The service was fast and friendly but one of my wheels was damaged during the mounting process, the manager seemed to think that the damage was ok since I already had a small spot of curb rash on the wheel. UPDATE. Bo at Discount tire reached out and made it right.

Their service was great.
I ordered 4 new tires and rims.
They came in in the length of time they told me
They already had the tires mounted and balanced when I arrived so it was no time and they put them on my car.

Good tire service. Car was in and out in a timely manner. Good to have an appointment. I had a minor issue with customer service, but Mr. Josh called the next morning and we discussed the matter. I would recommend Discount Tire.

Darnell is such a great guy, and he's quick and he's so friendly and he puts the air in my tires when I pull up! Such a nice guy, just love going there and I'm so glad I bought my tires at Discount Tire!

I just want to give a shout out to all the guys who helped me today. I am very thankful they were so Quick to get me in when they knew I had to get down to my family for a hurricane that is about to hit. I had a baby in the car two dogs in the back and they got me in and I’m very very thankful and I appreciate every single one of you, I would highly recommend discount tire to anyone very good company good people
